Received all six pieces of beautiful cushions. All fit well and well made! See attached photo. These are for my newly built two-level conservatory. Love the color of the fabric and the right hardness of the inside foam. I like all the extra covers too that I could order at a very good price. I can replace the everyday beige/Khaki covers with these colorful covers for holidays. I chose 3.5 inch thickness and works perfect for my bench/seating. The vendor had great customer service attitude and very prompt communication throughout the process. Thank you!!!

We purchased this cushion for a built in mudroom bench and we could not be happier. The color is exactly what we were expecting and the measurements are exactly what we asked for. We sketched a diagram in PowerPoint with the measurements we wanted and sent a picture of the bench to make sure everything was communicated clearly. They worked very fast, I have not even had the chance to add the hooks yet and I already have the cushion!After you open the package, you need to let it air out for a few days for it to retake its shape. My steamer broke, but I think if I had it, it would make a big difference on the few wrinkles it has. It is still very new so I cannot attest for durability, but it seems very well made and I don't have any doubts that it will last a long time.

Fits perfectly. l wanted a dark color as the base board is dark, almost black. But i am okay with the color and fits perfectly. The cushion has some wrinkles, but I don’t view that as a big issue, cab be resolved . Like the zippered cover allowing a clean up or maybe a new cover if I want to change. Very pleased with this item. I have two chairs on my patio that need replacing, so another order is forthcoming.

We ordered this as a birthday gift but had to delay giving it to the person because though the cushion arrived on time... it came smashed into a tiny envelope with instructions saying it must be left out for 3 to 5 days to expand and get the creases out.Well, it's been 5 days and it looks just like it did when we opened the envelope. All crinkled up with no "cushion" to it at all.Additionally, there are knicks in the piping, and the stitching is sloppy with small threads sticking out in multiple places. This is a custom item, so I'm not sure how returns will work, but the item is unusable.

Product is of great quality but the packaging it came is caused many deep wrinkles in the product. After 3 weeks, wrinkles remain and distract from the look of the product, cheapens it look

We received a heirloom piece of furniture from a family member and I was looking for ways to incorporate it into our home.This piece was exactly what I was looking for - the customization and crafting of it is great! When my family visited and saw the new cushion, they were very jealous!

I sent in my measurements and picked the color and depth of the foam (2”) and hoped it would all be correct. As you can see in the picture, they fit perfect! One of them was quite wrinkled, but I just unzipped the cover and ironed it. I also sprayed them with Scotchgard since they are being used in the kitchen. My only complaint is that they came about two to three weeks apart, so had to wait for other one to come in unless we wanted to sit on a hard wood seat. I would buy from this company again!
