Tasty. Price is reasonable. I eat them out of the can sometimes too!

I like that they can sit in my pantry until I need them they are so fresh tasting. Mushrooms are so very healthy. The more you eat the better you will feel. Its hard to find different kinds In the regular market. You have to go to a Japanese market. You have to cook them fast. Now with these life is easy.

Cooking

Have used the mushrooms several ways so far. Can be used in anything that is being prepared, I feel. Just cut to the sizes you prefer, and cook the same as any other mushroom. The flavor is not strong, I find it agreeable. The thing I noticed is the stems are high fiber, which is great for the body, and not unpleasant.

My wife opened a can and insisted I try one. They were horrible and that's being kind. I told her to throw the entire case away and forget about that I paid for them. She had a friend here at the time and the friend tried them also and agreed that I should just toss them out. I cannot imagine a possible scenario where I would actually consume these abominations. Don't be tempted by the attractive price and company blurb that talks about quality in their long history. Worst purchase ever from Amazon!

These canned mushrooms were so good. I battered and fried them like chicken. These are excellent.

Great value and taste and much easier than dehydrated

I will first tell you that this purchase was for 12 cans of oyster mushrooms for $9.99. They are thick and meaty (mushroom wise) and add them to any dish. They are great in stews.
