Amazing Service
As soon I returned the camera because of a problem with image quality, and the out-tracking function. I was contacted by TONGVEO and they sent me a new camera so I could try it out.The new camera worked great, the image quality was really good, and the auto-tracking function worked just as I was expecting it to.I'm really impressed by the good service and the extra mile that the company went, in order to provide me with a product that I could be happy with.I wish all companies could provide customer service as well as this company did.

Camera does not work wirelessly
I tried plugging into the TV in conference room and it would not come up on my computer. Had to plug directly into computer. I wish there was a wireless dongle like there is for the speaker phone. Otherwise it is a great camera and great speaker phone

Changed my mind!!
After a few days with the product, I am very happy with it. I tried all the functions and must confess it is a great Camara. The video quality is very good. I managed to plug it to my laptop and it worked very well. I also managed to fix the menu issue. In summary, I am very satisfied with this product.

Great customer service
Customer Service reached out and the new camera seems to be working great. Fixed all the previous issues we were having. Thank you!-----------------------------We are unable to bring the menu up to lock the camera so it is constantly moving around and zooms in/out non-stop. When we join a meeting, we are raising our hand to try and get it to stop which sometimes works. Most of the people on the other end are laughing at us from how the camera just constantly bounces around the room.2 stars because the microphone/speaker connect easily and sounds good.

Is an expensive webcam
The equipment is of very good quality, but the connection from the camera to the TV is not wireless. You always have to use the computer, and when you try to connect it directly to the TV, it doesn’t work. You have to connect it to the computer first and then from the computer to the TV. There are no videos explaining this, and it doesn’t come with any software.

Great customer service
So far, we are happy with the performance of the product. The user instructions are not very clear, but we managed to figure it out. The seller provided great customer service and communication when the first shipment did not work properly. It was immediately replaced with a new mode. I would certainly consider this seller for future technology. Buyer stands by its 100% guarantee to customer satisfaction.
