Bonide Captain Jack's 64 oz Neem Max Cold Pressed Neem Oil Spray for Indoor or Outdoor Plants & Organic Gardening

I’ve seen so many mixed reviews that I was weary- but it’s extremely effective!!! It doesn’t harm your plants. In my room is christmas cactus, succulents, a golden pothos, chives, and other similar plants. They don’t seem to be harmed at all and best of all the bugs DO die!!!My bugs are tiny things that don’t fly, but without being killed they were reproducing or whatever bugs do way too quickly. It instantly kills them. It’s easy to use. You do need to spray it almost right up against the plant/soil because the nozzle is too wide of a spray if you’re using it for indoor plants and don’t want your surroundings sprayed too.The smell is pretty awful as someone with a sensitivity to nauseousness from smell. It smells like chicken broth, the kind you can buy in those containers with caps where the broth is pungent and needs diluting with water. On the brightside the smell only lasts half a day if that. After spraying I open by door and open my window to air it away.

So have used for a few years now and can tell the difference. It helps out just like it says no big smells or anything either . Kills bug fast with the ones you can see already. Very easy spray application. Last quite awhile too!

As a new gardener, I have been learning all the ins and outs of floral care and how to deal with the many pests that come along with it. I've previously used other neem oil products and saw this one was on sale and being much cheaper than others, I figured I'd try it. Let me tell you, this stuff puts in the work. For starters, the sprayer is so much easier to use as it is battery operated so you don't have to constantly pull a trigger. It does well covering the plant and its effects seem to last much longer and be much more effective. While I do still have to spray my plants multiple times, it's much less frequent. It is a little more fregrant than other neem oils but I think this aids in its effectiveness. The smell isn't too strong, but you will notice it walking through the garden. I definitely recommend this product.

I like this brand, bought some BT spray last year to deal with all the gypsy moth caterpillars that were ravaging my yard and it worked great. That's part of the reason I decided to buy this product from this brand in addition to the sale price. I was very disappointed to find that the applicator that comes with the jug is absolutely horrible. I adjusted it to what I would've assumed would be a nice, fine spray cone. And so it was, at least for half a second before it started spitting thick droplets all over completely tanking my coverage. I appreciate the thought with the battery powered applicator but a regular hand pump spray would work so much better. I'm going to just put it in one and I'm sure it will work great. So not a dig on their product, just the packaging.

It does work but the sprayer didn’t (or at least I didn’t see) a way to make it slower or change the spray function. Kinda made the point of buying a higher oz moot because I barely got half my 12 potted plants and two small baby trees. Imo better off manually using a spray bottle and buying a concentrate you can make like 8 gallons outta one bottle

Makes short work of hungry aphids! I’m not a fan of the smell but it’s worth it for healthy plants. The dead aphids turn black after they experience the power of the neem. My only regret is not getting the biggest size. I had a problem with powdery mildew from tons of rain, this helped with that too. Highly recommend. Get the big one. It’s safe and long lasting protection.

I must say I was impressed with this product! It was well packed and in a box as well as plastic to keep It and us safe. But the real surprise came when it was time for me to spray my plants and the sprayer is motorized this was something I didn't expect--This is much safer and cleaner than using the spray bottles. And the only recommendation I can say is that there's instructions on what to do when the spray goes on veggies or that which we eat. I have noticed that several sprays (I've had to use more than a few due to infestation of my Garden) There Isn't instructions on how to wash off the inspector side for edible items. There will be mentioned up to harvest the usage of the sprays but not how to Clean off the residue--Someone told me to use baking soda for 20 minutes which is what I'm using at present. Except for this pleased with this product!

This is a high quality product, perfect for organic gardening. The price was good; however, the product shows a sprayer with this bottle, which is why I bought it, but no spray attachment came with the bottle. I will have to find another way to put it on my plants, which is disappointing.
