Use daily.
I refuse to wash my face without these wrist bands. The wrist bands stop any water from running down my arms. I have given several of these away for gifts to my daughters friends

This was a gift. The head band is comfortably snug and does what it’s meant to do. I use it all the time. My only complaint is it is bulky and awkward to store away between uses. The wrist bands work well too. Washing my face is less messy now.
