This book was an assigned reading for my College class and most of the assigned reading honestly hasnt been horribly interesting until this book. I love the authors way of engaging with us as the readers. She keeps it simple but clear and understandable. This book will definetely help you refine your soft skills and help you think a bit differently going forward. Definitely recommend reading it especially since its a short read.

Easy to read, dare I say profound and valuable. Well organised and jargon free. She knows the mistakes we all make in communication and addresses those mistakes with humour and useful course correction.
