If you work on fleet vehicles and even one of them is a Ford Transit, then this kit is a must have. The rear caliper piston have to be screwed in. And the passenger and driver sides are counter rotating from each other. You need this kit!!!

You can't beat this set especially for the cheap price and I highly recommend this set.

Must needed when replace your own brake

Some grease smears on the case and some of the plates, so I'm thinking this may be a return somebody used once and sent back. Either way everything is here and in good shape, so no reason not to recommend you pick this one up instead of the more expensive ones out there.

The media could not be loaded.  Worked exactly like the ones I've borrowed from the automotive parts store. Now I'm all for "loaner" or "rental tools, however most shops usually hold a 50$ +plus deposit. That you may lose after 48 hours. So owning your own set makes sense if you don't have the time to borrow, do the work and return within their 48 hour window. Brakes are always one of those things you get into, and you might determine you need a rotor, caliper, or a hose that you don't have on hand. So for the price (which BTW was very reasonable on Amazon) these seem to be a fantastic bargain.

What can I say about this? It does what it is supposed to. This brake caliper tool is made for use in adjustable calipers, where the piston needs to be screwed in. The old style compression tools will not work on the adjustable calipers.This kit comes with a right and a left tool, plus a large assortment of piston adapters. It is very easy to use, just make sure to use the right side tool for the right side caliper and the left side tool for the left caliper. I learned the hard way as I didn't look close enough and used the wrong tool. I kept turning and turning and the piston never retracted. lol This tool should also work on the compression type pistons.If you work on cars, you definitely need this!
