I was shopping for organic but after emailing the company and hearing back from the owner herself about the farm practices I went for this product.My sense is they are running a high quality small scale production and the organic certification is not worth it yet (too expensive).I feel so good each time I drink this. Warm, comforting, soothing.Ive been more our less vegetarian for over 20 years so I would not ingest this animal based product if it didnt feel exceptionally good in my body.the taste is pretty mild, not quite tasteless and it varies slightly from bag to bag (this is a good thing, small production) ... again, subtle - I dont enjoy meat type flavors. I love that this bone broth is a protein powder and it has active probiotics with collagen. It’s also not that expensive compared to other brands. It’s unsalted so you can add it in smoothies,baking,soups,and lots of other cooking dishes. It doesn’t really have a taste. I love how you can mix it into anything that’s my top favorite.
