These worked like absolute magic, I'm not really a fan of pure melatonin, I don't look for something to knock me out, I wanted something to help me relax and ease some anxiety, these did the job and then some, i'll be taking them on tough work days when I need some help sleeping, and considering the natural ingredients, might consider using them long term as it says it supports a relaxed mood on the long run.

I started talking 2 a night and it really seemed to help me sleep better thru the night.

I bought this mainly for the ingredient combination.However I have not been taking them consistently because I have not noticed a difference in sleep. Seems like a regular 5mg of melatonin has helped me more than this.Wont buy again..but like I said the ingredients list seemed promising.Everyone is different I guess...just didnt work out for me

These work like a charm! I took them for a couple of nights when I was pretty anxious, put me to sleep and woke up feeling refreshed. I honestly consider taking them regularly now. All in all it was a positive experience buying these.

I have taken these capsules several times and they do not even attempt to help me go to sleep or stay asleep. I wrote to the company regarding my issues and have not received any response.

This item came in a sealed bottle. It had an inner seal. The bottle had a well marked ingredients list and a long expiration date.The recommended serving size was two capsules. Usually on these sleep products it is one capsule or tablet which is much easier for those of us who have trouble swallowing pills. Two tables gives you 2 mg of melatonin which is about the recommended amount my neurologist says to take at night. Too much will make you become dependent on it and actually wake you up in the middle of the night.I like that this has extra ingredients in addition to the melatonin to help you ease into sleep. It seems to work well and doesn't have the effect of waking you up at 2 or 3 am like pure melatonin does. The only thing that could improve it would be if it was only one capsule you had to take.

If you take ANY medication please consult your physician before using. I had a serious reaction to it . Do not use if you take with antidepressants!
