I will write this in plain English so that way you can solve this issue quickly and efficiently. In order to get the amp powered up for Bluetooth/CarPlay/head unit sound. You need to splice the BLUE ANTENNA Wire to the RED ACCESSORY wire on the harness that came with this unit. The included back up is in case you screw something up. This will power up the amp for sound to your speakers and you will now have sound. No where does the instructions or any videos online explain this without having to watch 10 hours of YouTube videos. Also, please do not try splicing any of the wires from you vehicle. Everything that needs to be spliced is from the supply harness that connects to the car harness. Remember BLUE wire to RED wire! Overall the unit is ok for the price. Wireless CarPlay is a little shoddy getting it to start up and sometimes the connection skips. It’s fast and responsive and the sound is great. Phone mic is terrible

Could get reverse camera to work but everything else is great

Works well but i have not car alert sound anymore for example if car door is open the sound gone. Everything else works well

First things first, you get what you pay for. I might personally say the product support and customer service is better than the device. For this reason I deem it a good buy and I’m on my third device. Sounds great and looks great. We’re talking Apple CarPlay in an E90 for under $200? No complaints here
