I have breakage right on the crown of my head and I lightly use the conditioner over that. Also bought a hair mask with the same brand. It is designed for damaged hair (as written on the pack) so it might not be appropriate for normal hair. It's not a miracle worker that repairs hair overnight. Just started using it 3 months ago and you can see the changes. The trick is to squeeze all the water and then wrap your hair in towel for 30 minutes.
