LOVE this chair - its been a lifesaver!!
I've got some herniated discs and arthritis in my lumber (L4/5). When this issue became extreme I could not lay down flat in bed or sit for long without severe nerve pain. This chair saved my life as it was the only place I could sleep and rest! I slept in it even after I saw my ortho for epidurals. While the shots addressed the acute pain, I have been told I need surgery. After multiple rounds of shots and PT my back pain isn't getting better. I'm too young to be hunched over like this. Thank God I have this chair to collapse too when my back spasms. While small in stature (like me!) the chair is really comfortable and soothing. I LOVE the massage and heat options.

They're decent, but...
My husband and I wanted a couple of small recliners for our small, shared entertainment area. After looking through many, I settled on 2 of these, as the price was decent, and they looked to be sturdy. (Mind you, that if you purchase more than one, they will contact to let you know that they may arrive on different days.) Mine came through FedEx, which does just as well as UPS in my area, if not better. The shipping boxes arrived just fine both days. They were pretty easy to put together. His arrived first, so his was assembled first. They come in multiple pieces, so you have to attach the backrest and wings (stored under the seat) to the seat. One of the lock clips for the back of my husband's chair was broken off but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Both mine were intact. It's been a few weeks since we've had them. While my husband's chair seems to be doing just fine. The seat is still firm, and it reclines as it should. Meanwhile, mine would not stay reclined no matter how much I shifted my weight, and then by the second week, the left armrest started to wobble. I turned over the chair and part of the wood that attaches it to the seat came apart and cracked. Now I have a loose arm rest and a bit of a wobbly chair, and the right one is starting to feel loose. My seat is also not as firm as my husband's chair. It sits lower than his. We don't have the budget right now for me to get another, so I just deal with it. The massage and heat feature are really nice though...I'll be honest and say that he's around 165lbs, while I'm 240(I don't recall weight limit, but that's usually a big deciding factor for furniture with me needing something sturdier). I don't know if weight plays a factor in this, (although a couple others in my family have also sat in mine on occasion too) or I just got unlucky with a defective one, but if you're a heavier person, like me, it might be something you want to consider when purchasing these. I'm happy with his purchase, but not so much with mine. So, 3 stars for his at least being a good one.Edit: upon seeing my review, the seller contacted me immediately about my concerns and promptly sought to fix the matter. For that they get 4 stars for me on their prompt and courteous customer service.

Great recliner for small spaces
This recliner is a good option when you don't want one of those huge oversized recliners that take up so much room. It has a modest footprint, the velvet material is nice, was fairly easy to put together, and arrived undamaged in a timely manner. I won't review the heat or massage feature because we did not purchase it for that reason and have not used it.

Wow. Great chair for the money!
I wrestled with the upper side pieces a long time, but finally got them to channel down, and they have odd marks in the outer upholstery, but the chair looks great in my white shabby chic living room and sits firm with good back support. So glad I took a chance!

Perfect Chair
Needed a smaller chair for guest room/ office. This fit perfectly. It is on the small side but comfortable and has heat and massage.Color is more on the light yellow side than tan but very neutral and pretty.

Worst customer service ever!
I purchased this chair just to have it started falling apart a week later. They gave me a very hard time about a replacement. After 3 weeks of going back and forth they sent me a part. Very disappointed with this company.

Love everything but the color.
Much lighter than expected. SUPER easy to assemble! Surprisingly comfortable and sturdy. Color wasn’t exactly what I expected (too yellowish) so I’ll be getting a slipcover. I bought this chair for my elderly mother and it will do just fine. Fabric is microfiber so if she spills it’s easy to clean. She loves the heat function.

Great value
This chair was easy to assemble. I love the heat and vibrating massage features. Well worth the price! I’ve used it every day since I bought it.
