The initial setup just need to pay attention and after that its very easy to use. No subscription needed and works flawlessly. I bought 4 and have told some friends to buy this one. greatly recommended because it does not need subscription.

At first this seemed like a easy to set up and use unit, however it was not until we set it up and inputted all of our employees and began to use the system there is no place to input each employees rate of pay. So when you would need to run a the payroll report it calculates their time w/ rate of pay. We were told by tech support this is only a time managing system and once it send you back the report for a specific payroll period you have to MANUALLY input each employees rate of pay each time in order for it to show what they earn. Kind of a backwards way of software. it should be one and done. Returning unit

The company I purchased this for had no need to use the fingerprint scanner nor the ID cards, they only wanted the Employee ID to be input. They DID require a timeclock to be accessible ONLINE to access the info without USB drives or being at the site to obtain the information. It's compact and does NOT take up much room. The online software was easy enough for the accountant to set up himself (NOT very tech savvy, self admitted) and he loves the reports he can run compared to other timeclocks at other locations within the business.Personally, it's a bit cheaply made. It's also a bit of a hassle to set up given it's cumbersome data entry on the unit itself. Mounting is fairly secure, since once it's mounted, it would be pretty difficult to unmount it given the extremely limited access to the mounting screw on the mounting plate.Overall, it's a good purchase. Initial setup on the device (entering WiFi password) could be a bit easier, otherwise it's been solid since the initial install.

Not user friendly, employees have had time logging in and admin had even harder time editing.

The user manual does not contain full instruction. The Youtube videos found also did not really show step by step instruction. The digital fingerprint recording was really testing my patience. At one point, I almost threw the device. I had planned on returning the product but decided to keep as I had invested enough time to enroll all my employees.

The product is working as intended. There were some mishaps but was able to get assistance very quickly from the customer service/technical help department. Overall, the product is a great addition to the office.

J'avais acheté déjà une machine d'une autre compagnie, trop de problèmes, notamment pour la connexion.Celui-ci est satisfaisant, pas beaucoup d'efforts ou de connaissances pour le connecter en ligne et voir les données des employés.D'ailleurs même leur service de soutien est très rapide, j'avais besoin d'aide pour un point qui me semblait compliqué, ils ont été très professionnel avec leur style d'assistance.

A lil complicated to use cloud service but it works and it's free of monthly fee

The software is free which is why I bought it they have great customer service… but the software is unnecessarily difficult to use. Its cannot be used just for punching in and out, you have to create schedules for each staff member. It does not calculate total hours worked for each staff member and it does not generate printable reports within the software; you have to export the data, open in excel, calculate the hours and then you can print it.I don’t recommend. But it does work if you don’t mind spending extra time doing payroll and calculations.
