Great inexpensive gun.
So far I have used this gun on wire/rebar in over 110 yards of concrete. Three different projects. It has always worked good, occasionally a mis-tie will occur but it is a back saver. I did have trouble feeding a roll of wire in, but it turned out to be the wire cutter I was using, it spread the end of wire too wide to feed, just had to dress up the end of the wire and change cutters. I recommend this for the non professional like me, if concrete is your living, a higher priced gun may be better????

Poor quality
One of the two batteries doesn’t charge. They say to print the label free of charge and I do not need to pay return shipping but the label says postage required. Seems scammy; why can’t they provide a regular return label for UPS, FedEx or USPS. Return to Amazon isn’t an option either

Worthless
This doesn’t tie as stated. Works half the time, when it does actually tie you have to tighten it. Knots up, doesn’t tie, this is garbage.

Do not buy, it worked 5 about 5 mins before it started malfunctioning. Terrible terrible tool

Nies are very weak most of the time, no adjustments.Used it to tie construction rebar.Invest in a prefesional tool
