Sturdy and looks great - but takes DIY expertise to assemble
Once assembled, this is an excellent product. Solid/sturdy with the added benefit of a bench option - which turns it into an arbour when not in use as a BBQ shelter. This was a key point in persuading my wife to let me buy it as a BBQ shelter! However it does require DIY expertise to build/assemble. The instructions provided are OK - but there are no 'guide/pilot holes' for drilling and no markings to tell you where to fit roof panels, brackets etc. I found it useful to print out the photos from Amazon website to ensure correct positioning. And I decided to add a 2x2" (50x50 mm) wooden strip at the apex of the roof to block out the gap where the top two roof panels did not meet and the roof 'cover strip' provided was not wide enough to over the gap when I assembled the roof. Also, we (my wife!) decided that the natural ('treated wood') look was a bit too rustic - so I had to spend a few hours to paint it. Would have been a lot easier to do the painting that before I built it.However, overall it is excellent value and a great addition to our garden - so 5 stars if you have god DIY experience.

Four hands for ease
Recommend that you download the pdf of the assembly plans from web sight, and a second pair of hands will just make it easier to assemble, a little logical DIY experience will come in handy as well as a good battery drill, the roof assembly requires the most thought but trust the plans it does work, and a second pair of hands attached to a tall'ish person will come in handy, when assembled it is very sturdy and worth the cost, a little sanding required here and there but nothing serious, all in all a great piece of garden furniture, highly recommend .

Once up it is great! It took quite a while to assemble - certainly not a quick job. The instructions are rather vague and are printed on small A5 paper. The roof structure was particularly tricky and I think that the fixings to the main structure should be redesigned! They are rather flimsy. Also not quite enough roof slats to seal the roof properly - I had to use a little ingenuity. Having said that both Supersheds and Prime are excellent companies. I would recommend the Arbour - but be prepared for a little bit of a challenge and some "deep thought" when assembling. One tip. When fitting the roof slats align the slates with the apex timber not the lower edge or you will end up with a gap at the top and the angle wood is not wide enough to cover it!

What a disappointment!!
Let’s go straight to the point...- Took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered- A part was missing and had to wait another two weeks to receive it- The wood is a poor quality and hard work to paint- Based on the provided instructions the final build-up is quite approximativeDefinitely not worth the +£400!!

Needs tweaking
This is a wonderful addition to our garden and the wood is good quality. The only bit that is a downer it was missing two struts for the roof assembly but I've written to the supplier and they're sending me some and the little clips got squashed/damaged probably in transit but they're easily replaced. I would suggest following the assembly instructions to a point then adapting with your own ideas. We found when building the roof assembly we had together and apart a few times, the strip that goes over the apex will only fit when the roof is screwed on the inside of the recessed wood panel and the centre pieces fitted after so you can actually butt them together. Other than that it went up like a dream, have plenty of people to help lift it, it can get quite heavy. Enjoy people it is a lovely structure and looks forward to sitting in it when the weather perks up

GOOD PRODUCT(with a little effort)
Arbour arrived on time and undamaged. Personally I found the instructions to be adequate and all the fixings and brackets were fit for purpose.Assembly was easy enough but definately needs two people to get the roof on, also needs to be drilled and countersunk for a better finish. It's a decent quality and sturdy structure and now it's painted(very time consuming) I'm very happy with it, particularly like the larger than average dimensions and extended canopy. The only issue I have with the arbour is the mixture of timber used, the majority is good quality and planed but in random and awkward places you find poor quality, very rough sawn sections, this said I'd recommend this arbour.

Great BBQ shelter
Best value shelter I could find. Easy to assemble and decent quality wood for the price. Looks great and fits my Weber BBQ perfectly. Added some hooks for my BBQ tools and had many great comments from friends.
