Went wrong after three weeks.
I ordered this and paid considerably more than for the first tablet I bought from Amazon which still worked but would not charge anymore after five months. I saw this new one had good reviews and I liked the pink colour and was so pleased when it arrived.I soon had taken a lot of photos and videos, although was rather disappointed with how washed-out they looked. But I thought maybe there hadn't been enough light and actual daylight videos and pictures weren't too bad so I persevered. After three weeks though I started having difficulty getting the tablet to be recognised by the laptop when trying to upload my photos and videos. I kept getting a "not recognised" notice. At the same time it was hit and miss whether it would even charge or not. Also the charge would quickly run out from fully charged to nearly empty after about two hours, which is ridiculous. A fully charged tablet should last a few hours when only using Internet as I was at the time when I first noticed it running out of charge quickly. Then I could not charge it at all, not from laptop I'd given up trying to charge it from that, but also nothing happened when plugged into mains. The few times it did seem to be charging, nothing had happened when I checked and it had even lost charge while plugged in charging! I tried numerous charging cables and outlets but nothing worked. The charge went down to 2% left and then I tried to charge it from laptop again but there was a slight flicker on screen then no response at all. Now it is completely dead. Won't even turn on. I took it into repair shop and they said it is just dead. But it is new. But dead.Even the first one will still turn on, but useless as it won't charge, but this newer one is packed up completely.I am so disappointed. I can't return it to Amazon or would lose all my videos and pictures I was not able to upload. Shall have to wait until I can find how I can rescue files from a completely dead tablet. I tried sticking a pin in the reset hole, as it states in instructions if tablet is unresponsive but no joy.

Great tablet for the price
I read the reviews on this tablet before buying and I agree the sound is loud even on the lowest setting, but it doesn't bother me. I don't have the sound on much anyway, but when I listened to music on it I was really impressed with the sound. I am finding the battery runs down quite quickly for a new tablet but you can't have everything at this price. I'm having to get used to the settings being on the home screen and not on the pull down as on other tablets but that's no big thing. Overall I'm really happy with this tablet.

A good basic Android tablet
If you're buying this as an introduction to Android, it's a good solid tablet. It runs well and has all the basics. It's not fantastically fast but it gets the job done and has a good clear screen. Great for first timers or old timers. Good size, clear graphics.

It’s so so bad. Nothing but issues.
I brought this for my daughter as she smashed her screen on her old one. I didn’t particularly want to buy an expensive one due to her being so clumsy.I’ve never had so many issues with anything! It’s either faulty or just terrible. It’s so so laggy! I’ve not even installed any apps yet so can’t be due to storage issues. My wifi is fine on everything else. The volume is ridiculously loud, I’ve tried everything to reduce the sound but the lowest setting is just LOUD. The headphone port is also not too secure so the sound comes out of the tablet intermittently and then back to headphones once you wiggle the cable. It dies after 20 minutes (no exaggeration) and needs charging again. The camera quality is poor.I also brought 2 different ‘universal’ cases for the same size tablet as this and neither fit as the tablet is so thick.I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I guess you get what you pay for.
