Terrible product terrible customer service
The product basically blew up in my hand spewing oil all over my project-and the body of the tufter cracked from the pressure of the push back. 3rd rug project on this machine! Buyer beware. Then they will not replace the item, it was refunded to an old card, never got my money back- nobody at the company speaks or understood proper English. Such a great. Def, less than 1 star review. They won't even ship a replacement to Canada. Even tho I paid over 40$ for shipping the first time. Again buyer beware.

Do not buy!!!
Gun worked fine for a few months as my first ever tufting gun. Only issue is when the scissors go dull or bad there is no replacement, and they won't honor warranty. buy something from someone who has actual customer service and cares about the product.
