delicious restaurant style ramen at home
These popped up on my Amazon prime day feed. So glad to have tried them. Easy, quick ramen fix like what you would get at a ramen house, not exactly of course but similar. Noodles are packed like "fresh" noodles, soft. these take about 2 minutes cook time but taste far superior to the "instant packet ramen". shelf stable, got these in July and the expiration date is December. will definitely reorder.

Just exactly what I was hoping for, thank you.
Beautiful classic deep bowls, yummy noodles.

Great quality
Now I personally ended up not liking all of the flavors, but that's just my preference. I did how've love the qualities of the food. The noodles were absolutely way better than I thought they would be. They are nothing like the typical dehydrated noodles you get at the store. They tasted great and had a great texture to them. They cooked very well and fast. I will buy again, but not the variety pack.

Freshest Ramen you can buy packaged
I really liked the Shoyu ramen the most, the only other one I tried was the miso. I agree the miso is quite salty. The noodles are very fresh and I actually felt like I ate a meal vs. A snack with these. The'yre are worth the price. I use Ramen Bae toppings with these. I will buy these ramen again.

Tastes great
It's absolutely delicious, the price is great, the noodles are perfect, but OMG the sodium content.

These were sooo good!
I’d always make 2 soft boiled eggs and sake some Cayenne pepper into the bowl for an amazing quick meal that actually was satisfying.

What a change... for the worse
I started buying Hakubaku ramen kits on the advice of a Japanese friend when we moved to an area without any Japanese restaurants or markets - approximately 2019. As late as 2021, they were still selling the Hakubaku Fresh Ramen Tonkotsu Pork Flavor, 9.7 ounce (for 2 people per pack) and it was pretty darned good. That disappeared, I will never understand why.Suddenly, we could only get the brown paper bag (seriously) with 4 servings each, and that's kind of useless for a family of two. Now, this trio is their substitute for the original ramen kits we bought in 2021, and there's no comparison. Watery, boring noodles, super-salty, and nothing approaching the quality we used to expect.I don't know what's going on with the company but, with regrets, I highly do not recommend this product any longer.

Very good ramen
Obviously nothing from a package is as good as ramen from a restaurant, but for a little more effort above microwave ramen, you can get really good ramen.
