Great recipes and beautifully presented
What I love about this book is that there is hardly any food waste. There are even recipes for banana skins!The recipes are easy to follow but you do need a good store cupboard as there are quite a lot of ingredients for some of them but once you have you are good to enjoy. Deliciousness in every recipe and menu cleverly crafted from lots of chefs.Would make a great foodie gift.

A unique book
A beautiful book with a beautiful message! The recipes are very simple and many of them are about using leftover bread but the book is inspiring to cook with all we have in our fridges and larders and it is not a usual message we hear from chefs these days.

Interesting book from world chefs.
Interesting book to how cook special dinner with every day/scrap ingredients.Keep in mind that as Michelin star chefs, there will be required a lot of step to complete the recipe.Love it.

A book to keep, treasure and gift to as many friends as you can. Recipes for the soul as well as for the palate! We can all contribute to a better future leveraging our skills and our imagination.

absolutely incredible cookbook containing recipies mainly focusing on how to waste less food, bought after seeing harry styles holding it in a photo of him in italy and thought id give it a try would 100% recommend

Great chefs, interesting recipes. Cooked the Daniel Patterson vegetable loaf it came out well plus used up some old bread. Like the waste reducing ideas.
