Worked very well for me!
I was not expecting this to work but was hopeful so I placed an order.I have a Marantz Cinema 70 AVR and a pair of KEF LS50 Wireless acting as the fronts, connected through the pre-outs since they are active speakers. Unfortunately, setting the volume on the LS50s to a sufficient volume increased the noise floor to a disappointingly audible level.Putting the noise suppressor between the Marantz and LS50 reduced the noise significantly. You can just about hear something if you put your ear to the speaker but at normal listening distance it is pretty much silent.

Does not work in all situations
I purchased the 9052 because of a ground loop problem on my valve Hifi having traced the problem to a specific point in the system. It arrived promptly and was well packaged, and the actual device was quite small but clearly well built. Unfortunately when I inserted it in the signal path the hum was made much worse, so loud it could be heard in a neighbouring room. Moving the position of the device made an enormous difference and it immediately became clear that it was picking up the magnetic field from the output transformer of one of the amplifiers. It was therefore no use for my hum problem. I’ve knocked off two stars because in the product description it doesn’t mention there are circumstances where this won’t work, and it’s not mentioned in the instructions which were pretty basic. It will now be returned.

No more subwoofer hum!
I have had an issue with subwoofer hum for a year now (since installing a new TV and channeling cables into wall!). I had previously purchased a cheap ground loop isolator ( QTX Ground Loop Isolator - £9) and it did nothing. I assumed my issue wasn't a ground loop and spent months trying to fix it. I ended up unplugging the sub! Then i see this ground loop isolator, 4x the price, but thought what the heck, let's try it. IT WORKS PERFECTLY! The blasted cheap one caused hours of messing around. This product is great. I highly recommend. Just make sure your issue is caused by a ground loop or similar issue, else this won't work on it.

Amazing piece of kit
I have had humming for ages and it reached a point I could take no more, I was looking up solutions and found out about this device.I’m patiently waited for it, then when I got it connected it, tested it. No buzz or hum just clear bass!! Great piece of kit well worth the money.

Ground loop hum eliminated
I felt compelled to write a review for this product given the difficulty I have had in previously trying to sort my problem. I bought this as a last ditch attempt to resolve a ground loop hum problem with my amplifier and pre-amplifier before I bought a brand new integrated one. I bought it more in hope than expectation, however it worked absolutely superbly. The ground loop has now gone and my problem is resolved. One thing I will say for anybody else who has a similar problem, please be careful if you have already tried other ways to eliminate the hum. One of the things that I had tried was to bond the preamp and the power amp with a bit of speaker cable. This initially helped but there was still a low level of hum and when I plugged in this device, the hum was still there. It was only when I removed this bonding cable that the hum was gone and there was absolutely no feedback hum whatsoever.I am extremely happy with this and would heartly recommend it to anyone else who has a similar problem that I had.

It works
To try explain my setup. I have a Teac TN-4D-SE/B turntable with Denon DL-103R cartridge in a Denon 110 headshell connected to Creative Xblaster 7 Amp which I have a 3 phono switch. Now I have a ifI groundhog+ aswell as other products eliminating ground noise but was still getting abit so bought this and fitted it to the groundhog+ by RCA cables and fitted it to the middle input on my 3 way switcher and now I only get a very small hum when turned right up to the max, turn it back to normal listening levels and nothing and no sound loss as I haven't connected it to the actual RCA leads connecting my turntable, perfect.

Brilliant, fixed my issue with ground noise from my speakers
Was very sceptical but hadsome good reviews so was worth a punt and very pleased to say it sorted my issue out.My problem was a ground noise from my Marantz receiver to my Linn preamp resulting in noise from the front speakers. Plugging this in fixed it and after plenty of listening since I am confident it has not affected the audio itself.Very pleased.
