This screen door is fantastic, and the customer service of the company was beyond great! I ordered this one because it it said wheelchairs and strollers could easily go over the bottom rail. It fit well and was easy to install, but I kept bending the frame going over it in an electric scooter. I notified the company and they readily replaced it with one with even a lower threshold and it is perfect. I suggest that you note in your order that you will need the one that is best with an electric scooter if that is your situation. Again, the company was quickly responsive, understood excatly what I needed, and sent it to me right away. A+ all around!

I live in a small studio apartment and it’s positioned in a way where if I had the door opened, a relaxing wind current flows in and through the apartment. I bought this specific screen door over others because of the reviews: There was a review with a really pretty picture of the screen door at a nice looking apartment balcony, and another review saying that customer service was great. Upon checking other similar items, I ended up going with this brand because of the said reviews. I’m glad I did. The product is fantastic. It’s definitely built for rental properties as it doesn’t require any permanent fixings to be able to use this screen door. The screen is really nice. It looks pleasing to the eye even though it’s not made of tough, durable material (it’s a strong mesh material, but not like made of woven metal or anything, which is totally fine for me! Makes the weight of the door light and portable!). But for a rental unit, this is perfect. It definitely has kept flies and other bugs out of our apartment, so I’m thankful for that. I ended up using the black 3M command strips for the adhesive. This is so that I can remove the adhesives if/whenever I move out, without peeling off any paint. The 3M command strips work like a charm and I definitely recommend that addition to your screen door too.Overall, I’m extremely happy with this product. It is an aesthetic and functional screen door that fits with the dimensions of our unit and is suitable for rental properties. Sometimes I stop to look at the screen door because it just looks so chic and pretty and wonderful. It retracts well and definitely adds an elevated element to our old apartment building. I think it will hold up well. I really do think it’s a wonderful, great product. Yay!

A good product. Easy to assemble despite minimal instructions. Reasonable delivery time. Works well. Primary precaution: measure precisely and exactly as instructed. Would order again.

his unit was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Installation was easy and quite intuitive, which is fortunate because the "instructions" lacked clarity. If you have basic tools (electric drill, bits, screwdriver, measuring tape...) you'll do fine.Once installed the unit is perfect! Really easy to operate and very handsome. Quite happy.

The item is great and would’ve tried to make it work however, the sizing were off even after following instructions on measurement. Customer support tried to make up for it by having me order a different item they sell in order for me to pay for the shipping cost of $80+. I was happy to get the “replacement” but when I tried to put it up, the replacement still was bigger so I had ended up having 2 Screens that can’t be used :(

Although I wish they would have provided a little more of the sticky tape, this screen is a hit and it works flawlessly.

The media could not be loaded. It is a good product but I had to drill holes through the track in order to mount it in a masonry opening.I did not want to rely on the 2 way tape in the Mexican heat and humidity on the gathering side of screen since the strings covered any space to drill holes so I used 2 small angle brackets which in my case was okay and not very noticeable but maybe not for other installations.If you are handy then this a good screen for you.I am very happy with the finished productIt is a custom fit and it fit my rough opening perfectly , so they do a good job on that.
