Setup wasn’t too hard. Note you do need a male connector if using your washing machine sink. After completing the install I turned it on and the head sprays everywhere. Upon further inspection I noticed a small crack on the head. After installing and finding out I have a bad part really is frustrating. Update customer service from the company reached out and offered a refund for my trouble. Great customer service.WillOrder another one

Works great. my dog likes it i have it attached to my bathroom sink. It reaches to my tub perfectly.

This sprayer is a disaster. It fails to seal properly and sprays uncontrollably in all directions from the faucet attachment. It's completely ineffective on any of the five faucets in my home. To make matters worse, the product even comes with tape sealer—almost as if the manufacturer anticipated the issue and added it as a joke. Needless to say, this product is completely worthless to me.

This worked much better than others I have used. I purposely looked for one with a metal valve. Unfortunately, it broke off after relatively short use. However, I Iiked it so much that I ordered another one. If this one breaks similarly, I will look for a different product.

Perfect, exactly what I needed because I had surgery on the back of my neck and couldn’t move much and this helped alot . I can aim it with my arms without bending my neck much.

The shower head itself works good. The wall mount is flimsy and cheap. Hung on the wall as instructed and waited for a while before hanging the showerhead on it. After a few hours hung the showerhead on it and a few hours after that, the whole mount came off the wall ripping off the paint.

Excellent product!Usually, when something is bought for plumbing etc, there is a lot of mismatch that happens at the external-internal interfaces. This fixture worked 'like-a-charm'.I was able to easily get the existing aerator off the Delta faucet by rotating with a small wrench. If it seems to slip, put some tissue paper as a grip between the wrench and the aerator.Use the provided aerator to screw into the faucet.Join the hose with the shower on one side using the given 'nylon' on the threads. Apply nylon on the faucent end of the hose as well and join it to the faucet splitter. DONE.The lever at the back can be turned DOWN to operate faucet into the sink and when the lever is moved to UP (horizontal), the water will go to the shower.

I am now left with a hose that appears damaged after just one use with hot water.Overall, I cannot recommend this faucet kit to others, especially those who need a reliable product for routine cleaning around the sink. It's crucial for manufacturers to ensure their products can withstand various conditions, including warm water usage. As a consumer, I feel let down by the lack of durability and performance in this faucet kit.
