This ecdysterone has performed as well as others I have taken and I have not experienced any issues after over a month. I do not fit the typical profile of who usually buys this supplement - I am a middle aged female with energy-limiting chronic illness who literally cannot do a lot of weightlifting every day. But I do have major problems with muscle loss, muscle generation, and muscle retention. Some of my meds cause muscle wasting as well. Due to ME/cfs, my muscles are unable to properly access oxygen, and my body recovery is very abnormal, and so don't respond in a normal way to exercise, so even if I push myself to exercise more it doesn't mean I will actually grow muscle. And I'm getting older and my hormone decline causes muscle wasting/sarcopenia too. So I'm in a pretty bad situation and desperate not to lose muscle.Ecdysterone can help even if I can't do much exercise. Unlike a lot of other steroids, this one won't cause worse hormone problems for female users. Studies have been mixed on Beta Ecdysterone effectiveness (a lot of studies were only done on animals so the use is still a bit theoretical for humans) but I do feel I am getting just as much muscle growth benefit as when I took Creatine but only 1 small pill (not a handful of them) and without the issues with hydration loss, bloating, & smelly urine (sorry for the TMI). So I would much rather take this, but the cost may not be worth the small benefit for some people.I do think that bodybuilders will see more obvious results, but am getting better results on my daily squats, even with only being able to exercise a few minutes per day. Even if this product were just able to keep me from losing muscle, that would be progress for me personally.I am also hoping that this will increase the health of my red blood cells, which haven't been in good shape, as some research has suggested - if it does I will amend my review with those details. And I am happy that this product may also improve my insulin sensitivity as well as some other health benefits including anti-inflammatory & antioxidant, lowered cholesterol. It's possible that these adaptogenic type of benefits may be better that the muscle-growth benefits despite where most of the research has gone.I also recommend to stack this with a tart cherry or other berry which lists the actual amount of anthocyanin in it (I am currently taking one which provides about 50mg anthocyanin), which will increase your deep sleep, which will let you bounce back from exercise better, not to mention how important good sleep is in general. If you have a fitness watch, note your deep sleep, try out the cherry and see if you see an increase - mine almost doubled at first and several bottles in has tapered down but still significant increase. It only works on a daily basis so I can really see the difference on days where I don't take it.Regardless of why you are wanting to try this, you should be sure to consume enough protein daily, which will also be very important to facilitate muscle growth OR reduce muscle loss. If you are female, you have probably not been given the correct guidelines on how much protein to eat - 60g/day is too little, you likely need at least twice that and more if you are doing a lot of lifting or if you are older, as recent research has indicated. There are a lot of circumstances where females actually need more protein than males, contrary to how things typically go.

Have been taking for 3 week now – no noticeable difference in performance, muscle growth or otherwise. I have been going hard, but I can’t say that taking this has anything to do with that. It could be helping – but, who knows. Otherwise, no negative side effects from taking. Came clean / sealed / safe … Thank you!

My husband takes this when he lifts (3x a week). He says it helps. It gives him energy. He really likes this product -- just 1 capsule at a time.

Hard to describe exactly but this makes me feel some heat and energy building. Great for working out and even just a big boost.Must be the effect on male hormones but wow I'd recommend this for any man.A lot of exercise supplements you can't feel but this one actually makes me feel different, a lot more fire!Pills are small and easy to take. I received this item through the Vine program for free but my review is based solely on my own experience and opinions, without outside influences.Not gonna lie, I try out a lot of supplements, and bounce back and forth between multiple options for the same results. Usually you get a little effect here or there and wonder if your brain is just playing tricks on you or you are imagining the results. This time around, I truly feel like I am seeing an actual result with this ecdysterone. Stronger, faster, longer. I'm not a heavy lifter, my workouts are usually body weight and endurance sports related, but I am actually noticing a difference. My cycling is benefiting, most noticeably on long climbs. My running shows results with recovery and ability to bounce back quicker.The capsules themselves are pretty basic sized. Easy to swallow, no weird taste or smell. Unfortunately I see that the product is not available right now but I do hope that Amazon brings it back for purchase soon before I run out.

I have been taking these for a while now, and working out pretty much every day.While it does not cause any bad effects like upset stomach, cramping, or bad taste, I did not notice any difference in the way I feel or look.Maybe it works, but for me it did not make a large enough impact to be noticeable.

Ich habe sowas noch nie gesehen jungs… Es fühlt sich an wie ein Pay To Win Item aus einem Videospiel. Ich nehme 6 Kapseln etwa 1 Stunde vor dem Training und kann reinschallern so viel ich will, der Zuwachs an Stärke und Ausdauer ist nur die Spitze des Eisbergs - Egal wie viel oder was du trainierst, du hast am nächsten Tag kaum bis keinen Muskelkater! (Bei der Brust wirkt es irgendwie besser, da hatte ich null Muskelkater, jedoch bei Beine doch noch ein wenig). Zusätzlich kommt die extreme Muskelregeneration, ich geh ins gym und trainiere bis ich nicht mehr kann - 1-2 std später wieder komplett ready nochmal eine Session zu machen gefühlt. Sehr gutes Ding bisher, werde es mit Sicherheit wieder holen!

Nach etwas mehr als einer Woche täglicher Einnahme habe ich nichts negatives festgestellt.Die Kapseln sind gut und luftdicht verpackt. Sie riechen auch nicht nach Chemie beim öffnen. Habe keine Nebenwirkungen oder sonstiges festgestellt.Beim Training habe ich mich zwar gesteigert, kann aber auch Placebo sein. Dazu werde ich zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmal berichten.

Seit der Einnahme ist meine zunahme an Muskelmasse enorm und mein onehin schom guter fettstoffwechsel hat sich noch weiter verbessert. Nebenwirkungen oder Langzeitfolgen hatte ich von dem Präparat auch nicht weiter außer einen gesteigerten Appetit, was im Aufbau aber auch von Vorteil ist. Overall ist es das Geld wert👍🏻
