Gold Series 15-Piece Porcelain Tea and Coffee Service Set

I give this tea set 5 stars because i not only love the way it looks but i used them for a tea party and it made my baby shower even more awesome. Originally the first tea pot that was sent had a small chip in the paint but they sent me a replacement very fast and free of charge. Very good customer satisfaction!

Beautiful set. Bought as a gift

the teaset was wrapped in individual parcels but the spout was smashed on opening it as was the milk jug and another parcel which i think held the saucers was all wrapped but felt and sounded like a clay jigsaw piece. i hope they replace it as i was unable to open it within the time period.

Very pleased with the quality and design of this tea set. Also a great price compared to others. However, one saucer was delivered smashed! See attached, how can I get a replacement saucer without asking for a refund?

Beautiful set that is bigger than it looks in the pictures. I did have a broken cup but I was sent a new one to replace it. It arrived in a short space of time. Overall a very happy customer

Everything was as good as it should be but the top bit of kettle was half painted and half not. I returned.

Awful set, very fragile and cheaply produced with the most awful customer service.
