Mold-smelling corn starch
A fine powder of corn starch. Compared to what I am used to buying in small packages for cooking, this smells and tastes a bit stale, there is something off with the flavour.Immediately after opening, I noticed a damp scent, a mouldy-smelling starch, and as such, I am worried that it might be a bit too much for my liver. It didn't go more rancid over time, though, but I'll be passing on this product in the future.

Convenient and practically tasteless
Easy blast of glucose when you need it quick. I Load up my post workout Whey shake with this to assist the Carnatine to do it's thing and replenish glycogen levels without having to eat a bulky carb based meal.

Great value waxy maise, adds a nice sweetness to a regular protein, tasts almost like a milkshake! Will definitely look to buy again after this pack.

Got up at 5am yesterday for my pre-workout carb load and opened the parcel to find 2kg of casein protein powder, training schedule ruined, had to cancel training for the day and go out to find an alternative. Not impressed.
