This is my second experience buying a sectional off Amazon. After 8 years, I got tired of the other one and stumbled upon this little gem.Purchased this a year and a half ago as a 7 piece set: 5 to make a complete sectional with armrests and 2 ottomans for a daybed option.No regrets. I love everything about it.DELIVERYWas super easy. All pieces shipped via FedEx and they arrived on the same day. Everything was there and no damage.I prematurely contacted Belffin customer service because I thought one box was missing. They responded super quickly and it turned out all was there after all.SET UPSuper easy. I'm a middle aged lady and assembled this by myself. Everything you need is included, down to the tools. Instructions were clear and helpful.APPEARANCEIt looks really nice, the light grey is a classy looking color. I couldn't stop touching it - very smooth and velvety. :)USAGEI live on this couch and spend several hours a day on it. So I had to be sure it was comfortable. And it is. It's not too firm and not too soft. If a section with a lot of use gets a little softer, it's easy to rotate another piece into its place.I have no kids but cats and the couch is no worse for wear.Love the storage space under each seat.Happy to be able to adjust the armrests and back rests to the angle I want. The tilt mechanism works perfectly, you just have to follow the instructions. Once you know how to use it, it's second nature.I haven't had to wash anything yet and my back cushions are still in top shape despite the felines snoozing on it frequently.QUALITYOverall speaking the quality is very good. Especially if you consider the cost. The materials and craftsmanship are above average.Try and buy this setup from the closest modular sectional competitor - Lovesac - and you'll be out 4 grand easily.If I had any improvement suggestions, it would be to make the seats a couple of inches deeper. Beyond that I love this sectional, it's perfect for my townhouse.As a tip, if you feel it's too firm to sleep on, get a topper. 6 of these pieces make a full size bed and a full size topper fits perfectly. :)

I've had this couch (sleeper 2 version, with 8 pieces) for almost two years and I can't believe how happy I continue to be with it. Assembly was straightforward and simple, you basically just screw in the legs and connect the modular sections. This also makes it easy to disassemble for cleaning underneath and for reconfiguring. The storage was a huge selling point for me and it's a great thing to have so much extra, hidden space. But the real thing that made me finally decide to write a review is that the fabric on this couch is magic!! Multiple kids and pets and so far NOTHING can stain this thing! Not mustard, not red wine, not strawberries - nothing!! I just use a microfiber cloth with water and every single thing comes right out. Every. Single. Thing. I originally bought this because I needed something quick to fit the space, but I didn't expect to keep it long term. The price on this made me think it would be worth it if it lasted 2 years. It's almost been 2 years and it still looks like new. I do think it's a good idea to rotate the pieces every couple months, as the most frequently used seats sometimes flatten a bit. But if I move them to a spot where they get less use they puff back up to normal. Overall, you cannot find a better sectional sofa for the money and I would not hesitate to order this again. Even after 2 years of wear! It's a great find.

I. Love. This. Couch.Had it for several months now and I am still obsessed. These were super easy to put together. Each box came with a screw driver, extra bolts, and legs. It’s super customizable which I really like. We will most likely be getting more pieces in the future to make some matching chairs to go with the sofa.It’s very comfortable and I love making the arms and back recline a bit when reading or watching a movie. My husband and I have both napped on this couch dozens of times now it’s so comfortable.We have a bunch of kids so each cushion lifting for storage was a real game changer. Toys and blankets and even extra pillows all get stored underneath which helps cut down on clutter.Some of our younger kids have wiped dirty hands, spilled food, and even drawn on it with pen. With a furniture brush and a bit of soap, everything has come out of it and the fabric goes back to looking brand new without any wear.As a mom who wants nice things but also knows things will get messed with and dirty, this couch has been a godsend. The price was absolutely worth it. 10/10.

This couch could have probably been put together by one person but it’s so much easier with two. It took my best friend and I only a couple hours to put together the largest size of it, and there’s a few things you should know.1) each square of the couch comes in its own box.2) in each box is the back, the square of the couch, a reversible screwdriver, and a manual, plus a cushion for that square.3) please read the instructions before you try to attach the back, I really thought I could do without. Trust me, make your life easier.The storage on this couch is great and I love the size and color of it, it’s very true to the pictures. I’ve kept all of our board games throughout the different squares and it’s magical to have them so nearby. It’s also very comfortable, I’ve taken many a nap on here. It has yet to be used as a bed, but based on my naps I think bedtime on it would be great.
