Not as thick as some hand lotion's but a little on your fingertips and spread over painful area to ease the pain. works well and has a eucalyptus smell. Just a little bit will open your sinuses.

Best ever pain cream
Absolutely the best pain relief cream I've ever used. I'm in my 70's and have OA. I've tried so many products over the last 30 years. This works the best. It's even better than prescription lidocaine patches. I rarely submit reviews but this cream is so effective I wanted to let others know.

Way too smelly!
It is so smelly that I honestly could not use it. If you apply it with your hands which is what most people would do, you then can’t touch anything on the rest of your body for an hour even if you wash your hands. It is also way too thin. I do not recommend.

It works as well as Voltaren and last longer.
It smell a little strong at first but it does dissipate after it soaks into the skin. It was recommended to me by a relative. It works well.
