Best Dryer yet
The media could not be loaded. The dryer was delivered on time. The set up was very easy you do need to purchase the power cord as with most units. This is our first heat pump dryer and I am only saddened by not purchasing one earlier. The cycle does take a little longer than a regular dryer but well worth the extra time. The dryer runs super quiet and is very efficient. Our clothes feel different almost softer.

Made in China Midea means made cheaply
Midea drain cycle stopped working after I had it only 6mo and 2 days. I only wash small loads I bought it from Costco who I can’t anymore. It seems COSTCO is not concerned with consumer satisfactionjust profits. This machine is made in China as they are putting unreliable machines, microwaves, all kind of cheaply made equipment out. I called COSTCO; they directed me to MIDEA customer service. They required me a 77 year old woman to send them a video over the internet of the sound it was making. Yes I pride myself on the limited knowledge I have on the smartphone but I can’t get a repair ticket until they get this video of the noise it’s making. They responded with instructions on how to send a video. I’m 77years old; I brought the telephone to the washer so that they could hear the noise but that wasn’t enough. I finally figured out how to record, save and send them the email; so they put out a repair ticket. But you won’t believe that they sent the part the machine needed before the repair person. They already knew what was wrong. Yes it’s cheaper but reliability is worth something. I read that some people got a replacement and the same thing happened. My love affair with COSTCO is over. If I were you I would not buy the Made in China MIDEA washing machine or any other China made machine.
