I bought the freeze dried sweet potatoes and since I ordered through food storage depot they sent me a small sample. I used the samples to make a quick sweet potato hash for breakfast. I added the some of the freeze dried garlic and freeze dried red onion sample they sent me and it was so delicious that I immediately ordered more for every day use not just for my food storage. I love the small cubes. They are perfect for a breakfast hash and cooked up nicely. I cooked it in a little water and added butter. I let the water boil out which didn’t take long since I used such a small amount and then the sweet potatoes, red onion, and garlic crisped up beautifully and was so delicious.
