My husband had shoulder and biscep surgery, he use both balls to help strengthen his function in his biscep!!

Includes 3 different firmness balls. The size fits my smaller hands well. I use them daily to help with my grip strength. I like that they come with a storage bag.

These balls are very firm. Not soft squishy balls just for stress relief. They are good for hand exercises which is exactly what I wanted. However I'm disappointed that despite the pictures of several ways to use them on the website, there was nothing included with the balls. Also, description states there is a carry bag but was not included. Overall, product is good but you will have to research your own exercises.

I donate platelets regularly at the Red Cross and decided to try these rather than rely on the spongy thing in a plastic bag that the donation center provides. The pebbly texture is nice and keeps it from being slippery. There’s definitely a difference between the two. The black one is stiff and a real workout. I’ve settled on the softer purple one to squeeze for a couple hours while donating platelets. Walking into the donation center with your own squeezy-thing is like walking into the billiards hall with your own cue!

I bought this stress ball hoping it would be a more affordable option compared to the Nee Doh Gum Drop, but it’s not even close. It’s way too firm, making it hard to squish, and it actually hurts my hand when I try to use it. It’s also smaller than I expected and is smaller than my palm.The texture is also disappointing—it feels cheap and not nearly as satisfying as I hoped. If you’re looking for a soft, squishy stress reliever, this isn’t it. I’d recommend spending a little more for something better.It’s not completely useless, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Easy and comfortable to hold

Wonderful! I have arthritis in both hands. Exercise helps keep them nimble. These balls fit well in my small hands, are easy to squish yet give good resistance. They are durable, clean, wash easily, and travel well. I'd buy them again.
