Great workmanship, fits the Honeywell welding hood, basic suspension system with ratchet tightening. Mine came to me in a lighter color than shown in the pic but I’m aware that these type of hard hats are usually all different shades of lighter or darker depending on how it was made. Great product, specially for the use of a welding hood that connects to a hard hat!

Always wanted a MSA and finally got one. Read below to find date made.
You use the inner and outer rings to find date made. Example: mine came with 17/18/19/20 on the inner circle, with the outer circle completely filled with a dots on the 17/18/19 and two of the outer rings filled on 20. The outer ring is the year broken up in quarters (four for each number on the inner ring) so mine was made in the second quarter of 2020. This is from MSA's site.

Extremely comfortable and lightweight. Definitely recommend.
So pumped about this purchase comfort is out of this world. And the ratcheting headband is next level. Same hard Hat sells in stores for 130 bucks. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is required to wear a hard Hat all day.
