This is not a bad product. My mother had a stroke and I needed something to get her in the car. This was absolutely effective at getting her into the car as she is non ambulatory and bed ridden. It helped us give her some freedom but then we realized that we could lift her ourselves using a special maneuver. See attached video for instructions on how to get a non mobile person in and out of the car.This equipment is heavy and not super portable because it’s a bit large. It’ll fit in a smaller car. It also fits under the car if you’re wheeling it in for a car transfer.
