I was nervous when ordering these pcs as I know shipping electronics can be tough (nothing to do with the seller btw). However when I received both computers and all the components I set up the first one with no problems whatsoever! The second computer for some reason monitor wasn’t working, I called Amazon and green tech phone number they got back to me very promptly especially considering this was a weekend. Aric was very helpful and we were able to resolve the issue over the phone a wrong connection (fully my fault) I am a beginner btw. If you’re looking for a PRO gaming setup idk if this is it for you BuT for myself and my two small children this is perfect! Now both my boys have a beautifuland I’m thrilled. If anyone is wondering about how long it will last I will definitely come back to update this later but for now looks good!Thanks Green Tech and Aric!

20 DAYS LATER STILL WAITING FOR REFUND, REFUND DATE HAS CHANGED 3 TIMES SCAM SCAM SCAMDO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUYSCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMI am extremely disappointed in this purchase for my wife. Everything started great as expected then the unit started getting extremely loud like a helicopter, I mean unbearable. I happen to have a factory version of this unit for the last 7 years that being said this seller put a sticker over the faceplate blocking the air flow for the front intake fan, however seller kept said fan connected, this is issue 1. I proceed to remove said sticker from face plate and low and behold no more helicoptor noise and no more over heating. Unit runs ok for a week or so, my wife only plays The Sims, and let me tell you when she did this graphics card got so hot within less than 5 minutes you couldn't touch it, due to inadequate air flow. Now here we are I got my wife a new game went to install and her pc wont boot, issues 2 and 3. Issue 4 I go to further investigate and not only has the disk drive been removed and eliminated before purchase, but the non factory heat sink is only finger tight leading to a 2-1 2-1 orange light, deaed motherboard, now we all know this is not due to overclocking or anything of the nature as this unit is not capable of doing so, that being said I will be putting in for a refund on this unit without prejudice and if I have learned one thing throughout this entire experience to pass on it would be DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT, PARTS ARE INCOMPATIBLE, POWER SUPPLY IS FAR TOO SMALL TO ATTEMPT TO PUSH THIS CARD, NO ADEQUATE AIR FLOW BETWEEN CARD AND POWER SUPPLY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY, SCAM MASS PRODUCING GOIN ON HERE

It came in only 5 days and packaged very well. The set up was very easy and the updates took less than hour but you can still use it while it's updating in the background. I've already downloaded and played several games off of the Steam website without any issues and I can easily multi task my research and setting up my live streams easily. I bought it for editing and streaming more than gaming and so far it's really good. The monitor that is included is huge and has crisp colors and is great graphically. This was my first gaming computer purchase and I'm very happy. It also includes a Wi-Fi dongle, gaming keyboard, mouse headphones and a cool mouse pad that lights up as well. It also includes a remote for controlling the color scheme on the front of the PC. You can also shut off all of the colored lights on both the PC and keyboard if that's an issue for you. For example, I have chrome, edge and several apps open right now while watching YouTube videos and setting up live stream software and the GPU isn't even clocking 2% usage. Over all it's a great computer especially for a first one and everything works as advertised. I haven't tested it's full capabilities yet but I'll update this review in the future when I do

i’ll probably come back after i play my games on it but so far it’s good. only complaint is the writing STUCK on the monitor. will contact for a replacement. everything else is fine. the lights on the actual computer box are probably covering the fan? that’s a bit disappointing. oh and the hdmi cable i got with it wasn’t good. it made the monitor flash on and off but luckily my friend had an extra for meit’s also less space than it said. its okay bc i’ll get external hard drive but still a little upset. it runs well. let’s try out fallout 4 and sims 4 heavily modded😂

I had bought two of these for my kids. They hardly used them. The first pc died after the first week. One day my son went to turn it on and it would not turn on. The pc power supply died or the mother board died. My daughter’s pc had network issues since day one. It would lose network connection and would just keep dropping. Even after rebooting. These are under warranty because they are Amazon renewed, I called Amazon. I was worried I would be stuck on hold. However, I was taking with customer service within a minute and the guy was very helpful and understanding. I was concerned about returning because wifey had already threw away all the packaging and I read under the return policy that they might charge 50% for a computer with no packaging. The customer service rep was very helpful and said it was no problem. Just put everything in a box and drop off at ups. You can buy a box at Home Depot. Cheaper than U-Haul. The customer rep said he was a gamer and did a search for pcs in my price range and sent me a list of ones he thinks I should look at. He was the best support person I ever had and he should be a role model for all customer service training.
