Great stuff, just make sure you don't rub it off during/right after a ride.
This stuff is great.I only ride a 125 so i never manage to get any real speed and rain was becoming a problem. with this stuff it isn't anymore. Some people say it doesn't work and others say it works but only if your moving. This is from my own experience using the product so hopefully will put some minds at ease before buying.Clean your visor first and make sure it's dry, apply a few sprays of nikwax to the visor and 1-2 to whatever your using to rub it in. Doing this it helps stop the nikwax from being completely absorbed into whatever rag your using to apply it and actually keep it on the visor. Make sure you don't rub to much or to little, if you feel you havn't applied enough add another spray to the visor and work it in.The next thing is, don't wash or rub the visor after it rains. This stuff is water based so it comes right off once you wipe the visor. I let the visor air dry after a ride and only reapply if i'm not using the bike again for that day or if it's been a week with no rain. I think this is where people are going wrong with the product and are rubbing it off as soon as they get off the bike so the journey home has no nikwax to keep the rain off and then they think the product doesn't work. The key is not rubbing it off once the visor gets wet, just let the visor air dry and only reapply once you feel you arn't using the bike for that day.Your probably thinking this stuff won't last due to me saying it rubs off quick, wrong. I leave mine on the visor for a week if it hasn't rained for a week and then i reapply, it might last longer but i only leave it a week.TL;DR It works, just don't rub it off once you get off the bike and let the visor air dry, only reapply after your done with the bike for that day or it hasn't rained for a week/have a lot of bugs on your visor.

Solid performance with a short amount of effort
I'd had problems with the visor of my helmet collecting rain drops so I purchased this to prevent it. A couple of squirts and a minute applying to the (clean) visor easily gave a week of the rain quickly beading off the surface to give a much clearer view. A ride in heavy rain quickly left the surface with a small amount of airflow and light rain could be moved by turning the head slightly so the wind hit the front at an angle. The only downside I found was it had the tendency to create streaks that were visible in some sunny conditions. They weren't enough to cause any issues but were more of an annoyance. I suspect more attention to applying it and creating an even film would resolve this. It's important to avoid cleaning or wiping the visor after applying because it's a film that stays on the surface so this would remove the film and give patchy performance.

Great stuff!
Used for the first time today as it rained during my ride, wow what a difference! The rain beaded off my visor easily, giving me a clear view of the road. Highly recommended

Not as good as I thought
I put 2 coats on my visor, it was ok but the droplets of rain did not disperse as I thought it would, I bought Rain X from Halfords £6.99 so much better than the Nikwax and cheaper

This Stuff Is Essential
This stuff is brilliant. I ride all year round in all conditions doing an 80mile/day commute on the motorway.Clean the visor first with water (I usually don't even do this), then spray on the Nikwax and rub off with one of those lint cloth things (rub horizontally so the water disperses to the sides). It's like getting a new visor - the beads of water just rolls off. It needs reapplying often (probably every 50-100 miles) depending on the conditions/usage/dirt. It's a must for the biker who refuses to be beaten by the rain. Ride safe!

Does what it says on the bottle
Great product, have been using for years, riding about 100 miles daily in all weather. Would recommend

So far the best solution has been to use the visor clear for ...
For motorcycling this has been the most effective visor clear solution I have used so far. On a daily 100 mile commute up and down the M5 it will last the whole duration if there is not too much muck in the road spray. The grime in the road spray is the killer as it appears to stick to the visor and prevent the water beading and rolling away off the visor. When newly applied the water will get blown off the visor at any speed above 20 mph but, as mentioned above, if road muck gets on the visor it does not matter how fast you go as the water just remains. So far the best solution has been to use the visor clear for the first part of the journey and once the visor proof becomes ineffective then revert to the glove mounted Bob Heath visor wipe for the remainder. An alternative would be to get a taller screen on the bike but I think the problem would still remain, unless there was a wiper system on the screen.
