I have been using this for about a month now and am very pleased with it. Yes, it is heavier than the B+D Workmate but not that much. Anyway the B+D is a bit flimsy made nowadays. I find this an asset as it makes it much more sturdy. The adjustable height has come in handy cutting 4m floorboards, I can change the height and tilt the top so the floor boards fit in a stepladder for support and lay flat on the workbench (I have been using it on a slope)The work surface is MDF, so I wouldn't work in the rain outside. Why they didn't make it out of ply defeats me but that is the only criticism. The work surface measures 65cm wide and 52cm depth. The middle section can be removed but when left in makes a nice size worktop. As another reviewer pointed out, I would definitely put a drop of locktite on the bolts as there are no spring/lock washers.Update:I have been using this for a year now and I am really pleased with it. Its looking a bit shabby now after a lot of abuse/use but nothing has gone wrong with it or fell off. The MDF top worked fine for me, I just made sure it didn't get wet. The tilting top comes in very handy as I have been using it in our garden which is on a slope (also came in handy for getting the last drop of home brew out of my fermenting bucket) Definitely recommend this.

The good stuff: reassuringly solid, weighty parts. Metal where it matters, including the screw threads for the vice which is more than you can say for Black and Decker these days. Instructions are straight forward despite what others have said here - if you can assemble IKEA furniture you can assemble this. Very versatile with infinite height and tilt adjustments within the specified range. Collapses down to a reasonably compact size given the area of the work surface.The bad: MDF work surface so will be damaged if allowed to get soaked. I have no intention of using mine in the rain though! Really shoddy, basic errors in the assembly of the pre-fitted parts: on mine the brackets to hold the table to the legs were installed the wrong way around and one section of the work table was misaligned by 5mm. Nothing which couldn't be fixed with a socket wrench, but I shouldn't have to. Both of these issues should have been spotted by QC checks at the assembly line.The other: some people have mentioned the fact everything is bolted together and that they've had difficulty in tightening the nuts sufficiently. Personally I had no problem, you just need the right tools for the job - a socket wrench and a screwdriver.Overall 4 stars because, despite the QC failings, once it's assembled it's a quality product.

The workbench is not difficult to assemble provided that the instructions are looked at prior to assembly.A previous reviewer suggested the use of Loctite to ensure bolts and nuts did not ease off. I would agree with this.However it is usually a good idea to fix loosely then tighten up adding a drop of Loctite.The workbench itself is strong and versatile.This replaces my old B&D workbench and I think that it more solidly built and rugged than most other workbenches that are available todate

I like the sturdy frame, adjustable height will help me avoid back strain as a tall person, adequate working surface width. Good value for money.Not so keen on limited positions to put workpiece support pegs in. The markings on the work surface won't look new for long

Great product, very versatile though a work surface not made of MDF would have made it more useful in damp weather. I have not used it outside when its damp or raining as I am concerned the MDF top will be ruined.

Well built workbench. It's a bit too heavy for carrying around on a building site, and doesn't fold down as small as a B&D workmate, which I would prefer if they still made decent ones. I will be replacing the MDF top in no time at all, as it is already showing signs of wear/damage. The adjustable height is excellent, not just two heights, any height between the highest and lowest setting, great for supporting timber on uneven ground when used with the tilting top.

Well made workbench with clear instructions for assembly. The major advantage is adjustable height and with two of these excellent workbenches long lengths of timber can easily be accommodated. The sturdy construction allows suitable woodworking machinery to be accommodated but remember to clamp down for safety. This is another example of the well manufactured Wolfcraft brand.

This golding workbench is far below expectations. The table is not square - a piece of the table jutts out about an inch on one side. Directions are hard to follow and I had to re- do the table bracket position three times before the you could come close to level - its off about 5 degrees. The working height is hood if you are 5’5” but for a dix foot tall person forget it. The accessories are cheap plastic. There are better work tables out there for your money.

Cavalletto di struttura solida, ottimo per i lavori di hobbistica. La possibilita' di regolare l'altezza lo rende un ottimo alleato per chi soffre di mal di schiena.Ha come altri cavalletti la possibilita di allargare e stringere il piano di appoggio che e' molto piu spazioso dei soliti cavalletti di legno.E' molto solido , per cui puo essere usato anche per cose di un certo peso .

Viele Monate steht das gute Stück jetzt schon aus Platzmangel im Wohnzimmer (!) und ich musste mir einiges anhören... Aber seit dem Aufbau hat sich die Konzentration an Werkzeug um die Werkbank herum erheblich erhöht und die Kritik nimmt trotzdem ab, immer mehr erfolgreiche Reparaturen und Haushaltswerkeleien hinterlassen eben ihre positive Wirkung.Sie nimmt nur wenig Platz ein und lässt sich wirklich schnell auf eine recht schmale Ebene zusammenklappen, regelmäßige leichte Schmierung vorausgesetzt.Eine selbstgenähte kleine Plane schützt sie dann vor Staub/Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit.Egal ob als Spann-/Klebehilfe oder für mittlere bis kleine Sägeprojekte, sie ist eine echte Hilfe und lässt sich leicht bedienen. Zubehör in Form von einsetzbaren Fixierblöcken bzw. die Aluminium-Spannleiste sollte man sich aber zulegen.Die Arbeitshöhe kann bequem auf die Größe des Bastlers eingestellt werden und die Verarbeitung erscheint robust. Die Standfestigkeit bzw. das Eigengewicht ist für meine kleineren Projekte absolut ausreichend.Allerdings gibt es ein paar kleine scharfkantige Bereiche, die aber schnell mit Panzerband entschärft werden können.Um die Oberfläche der Werkbank zu schützen, habe ich sie mit einer hochwertigen Buchfolie überklebt und die Ausschnitte/Befestigungslöcher vorsichtig mit einem Bastelmesser ausgeschnitten.Alles arbeitet nach vielen selbstproduzierten Vogel- und Igelhäusern, Insektenhotels und reparierten Küchenschubladen noch prima.

Cet établi est idéal pour les personnes comme moi qui n'ont pas de grand garage ou d'atelier pour bricoler.Il se plie intégralement et permet de le stocker facilement dans un coin.Une fois déplié, il propose une surface de travail tout a fait correcte, et surtout extrêmement stable. Ce qui permet de réaliser un certain nombre de travaux sans s'inquiéter d'une éventuelle chute de celui ci.Il est réglable en hauteur ce qui est très pratique (je mesure 1m90, ça me permet de travailler a hauteur, et ça c'est top).Je n'ai pas rencontré de difficultés lors du montage. Il suffit de suivre la notice de fabrication...Les plus :- Très stable- Pinces de serrage pratiques- réglable en hauteur- prend peu de place une fois repliéLes moins :- relativement lourd (mais permet la stabilité mentionné ci dessus)- pas de poignée de transport sur le cotéJe conseille a 100%

Para determinar una opinión más objetiva creo que la calidad del producto siempre hay que relacionarla con el precio ofertado. Decir que este producto lo venden ciertos comercios de prestigio a poco más de 110€, ni que decir tiene que por un 40% menos tienes un banco de trabajo que cumple con las exigencias del bricolador doméstico. Me sorprende su rigidez a pesar del único apoyo central. Si se van a hacer esfuerzos laterales recomiendo apoyar la mesa en sitios poco deslizantes o dotarlo de unos calzadores de goma. Sus anclajes y fijaciones son buenos lo que dota de rigidez al conjunto. En apariencia, por las fotos, da la sensación de ser ligera y maniobrable. Físicamente resulta más voluminosa y robusta. Un acierto la posibilidad de regularla en altura, además de su inclinación que nos permite más versatilidad de trabajos. He visto mesas mucho mejores, evidentemente, pero por menos de 70€ doy fe que cumple a la perfección con su cometido.
