I love Coach, that said, when the try-before-you-buy plastic bag arrived (in one day!) I was thrilled. I have another Coach bag, same basic style, in black. Perfect size, no zip pocket inside this one, but I will let that be. Plus leaving on a vacation in 2 days so Perfect bag for the outfits I have already packed. Hit the "purchase" button, it's mine. The Huge issue I have is that I was Charged Full Price 175 (+ tax) when this Exact Same Purse is on sale for 131 right now. WHY?!? There's nowhere to voice this issue on the TBYB area.... love the purse, but not happy with the overcharge. Lose a star, should take off 3 more....
