I was so happy it fit and it works!

We couldn’t handle that seat belt warning sound in our 2024 Toyota Grand Hylander, so annoying and not needed in the drive way for peats sake. After some investigation I found these belt extenders were the best answer to stop the warning sound. These extenders worked perfectly for stopping the noise and in addition they actually make it easier to connect the seat belt when you feel you need them when driving on the street. Just remember when exiting the car you only want to disconnect the seat belt from the extender leaving the extender still plugged in.

I read a handful of reviews and Q&A that suggested it would work with a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado ….but it does not with mine. It will fit into the buckle, and stop the seatbelt alarm, but the receiver side is too narrow for the belt to clip into (see photo).I’m gonna keep and use it to keep the alarm from chiming, but it doesn’t perform to 100% of my expectations.

The media could not be loaded. First thing I did was tested to see if it fits both my vehicles, 1) 2019 Subaru Ascent (middle seats), and 2) 2023 Toyota Sienna (middle seats) where I have booster seats. yes - They fit both vehicles. Next is to look at how safe it is if I tug on it, (see video). I tugged rather hard to where it hurt my hand. They did not slip right off. Build quality looks good. Although I don't plan to get into any accidents and have not (knock on wood) for the past 30 yrs of driving that's something I don't plan to do. I will keep testing every month to ensure it doesn't come loose but overall it will do the job. Both vehicles seat buckle are very low and this makes it more manageable.

Very happy with these seatbelt extensions! It gets the button up higher to where you could reach it! The oem belt button was getting difficult to release. Works well, great quality!

I really like the way you should be able to extend the seatbelt when using a child seat or for the elderly who can't see the receptacle. Picture 1 shows it connected to the seatbelt receptacle at the seat. Picture 2 shows the design of my seatbelt clip and the design of the extender. They are a match except that the Kia clip is short. Note the circled picture in the supplier ad. Mine seems to be a match and should work. Picture 3 shows how the edges of the receptacle will not allow the seatbelt clip to engage properly. I have purchased and used extenders before and they are great. This one is not quite right. I will be returning. Hope this helps.
