It comes with everything you need, pods, sponges, baskets, nutrients.The LED grow light is bright, adjustable, and clearly helps the plants thrive. My vegetables sprouted within days and are growing faster than I expected. The water tank lasts a while, and the app is a convenient bonus—it lets me know when to refill and lets me control the lights remotely (although the connection occasionally drops, it’s easy to reset).Overall, this is a fantastic indoor garden for anyone who wants fresh herbs and vegetables year-round without the mess of soil or the need for a green thumb. Highly recommend!

Measuring and adding the plant food into the water was super straightforward—even for someone totally new to hydroponics.The LetPot app is a great bonus—clean design, user-friendly, and makes it easy to track and manage the growing process from your phone. You do need to provide your own seeds, but that’s a small ask and gives you full control over what you grow. I started with four different types of greens just to test it out.If it continues to perform like it has so far, I’ll definitely be picking up another one to try veggies next. Great little system that brings gardening indoors with minimal effort and lots of satisfaction.

The 12-pod system is ideal for growing fresh, pesticide-free collard greens for my bearded dragon, Sunny, since store-bought ones can have chemicals. The 7.5L tank only needs a refill every few weeks, making it incredibly low-maintenance.The 24W LED grow light is fantastic—my collards sprouted in just days and are thriving! The LetPot app lets me tweak light schedules and check water levels effortlessly, which is great for my busy household. The sleek design looks sharp in my kitchen, too. This is my third hydroponic unit and my first time trying a LetPot. I’ve been genuinely impressed with the thoughtful design and features.I was very intimidated by starting up a new hobby, especially after years of failed outdoor gardening. My first hydroponic experience was with an AeroGarden (which was great for getting started and exactly what I needed to gain confidence). However, it didn’t take long to learn enough and see how much more of a step up the LetPot is.The build quality is solid, and the small details (like putting the water refill port in the corner!) make a surprisingly big difference when you're actually using it day-to-day. Not having to move plants around just to add water is a total relief.The instructions are thorough and detailed, and they cover a lot of common issues you’ll run into, including things like algae, light cycles, and root crowding. Beginners who enjoy reading manuals and understanding the ‘why’ behind each step might appreciate it, but some might feel it’s a little overwhelming at first. (I’m in the second camp, tbh!)LetPot does require a tiny bit more setup. For example, the plant food comes in two dry parts you mix with water yourself.Here are some things to consider, whether this is your first system, you’re planning to gift this, or you’re way more experienced than me!Pros- Electric components sit above the water line (less worry about potential damage if things overflow or spill)- The grow light flips up! (Makes harvesting easier)- Detailed instructions and online resources- Advanced app with optional controls, growing guides, and a diary- Extra accessories (like algae covers) included (I had to buy my own for my other units since they didn’t come with these)- Clear, visual water level indicator (it’s physical instead of digital)- Comes with enough cones for your first garden, though you'll have to use your own seeds- My plants are happy with the nutrients provided!Cons- Slightly more setup required than systems like AeroGarden- Does not come with pre-seeded pods (But comes with growing medium and baskets!)- Instructions may feel dense for beginners wanting a quick start- Nutrients require manual mixing, which adds a step. It’s not hard, but it’s definitely less convenient than just pouring in a pre-mixed liquid. (You can, of course, buy premixed liquid.)- Water meter was finicky to set up (worked better the second time)Overall: A very solid garden. If you're starting out with indoor hydroponics, LetPot is a great choice. I would be confident to purchase another one or gift one to a loved one.
