First of all, my hair is processed, bleached and pretty stressed out. So typically my hair feels 'crunchy' and straw-like when using shampoo and I rely on conditioner to make it feel soft. The first thing I noticed when using Nature Queen shampoo was that it felt soft WHILE I WAS WASHING IT. That in itself was an indication of a super product. The conditioner was very light, so I was slightly nervous because as mentioned, my hair is dry and a little damaged and I'm very used to the heavy coating of my other conditioner. But once I blow dried my hair, I could not get over how full, shiny and bouncy my hair looked. It actually looks (dare I say) healthy.I only wash my hair every other day in the winter, and I really noticed a difference in how my hair looked on the second day after using Nature Queen. I used to have to use a lot of product on my in between day - dry conditioner, a conditioning spray and a serum - so my hair didn't look like a rat's nest. It would generally be very dry, frizzy and lackluster. So it was a pleasant surprise to look in the mirror and see it still looking shiny and bouncy. I didn't have to use ANY product and just did a few passes with the curling wand.As mentioned in other reviews. the scent is fairly potent but not unpleasant. Sort of a mix of pine & mint. You don't need gobs of conditioner, only enough to work it through your ends. All in all, I'm really impressed with the results. This is a definite "buy again" product for me!

Great product for your hair. Not only does it thicken your hair, it also softens it and it has a great shine. The herbs and other things that are in this shampoo and conditioner give off a very peaceful smell. The shampoo is dark brown and I've read reviews where blondes can't use it, but I have been using it at least 3 times a week and my very blonde hair is still just as it's always been. Maybe that person doesn't get it all out when they rinse. This is a superior product, a little costly, but well worth it.

Love this shampoo and conditioner! My hair feels soft and manageable and stays clean longer. I'm able to go 3 days between washings! My hair is colored and the color seems to be lasting longer than normal with out fading.The smell is terrific! The brown color of the shampoo was a little shocking at first . Great shampoo!!

I see that some people don't like this product. Maybe it depends on the hair because I love it. I have a medium amount of thinner hair - light brown going gray, and my hair is short. I've always had to use mousse and still need it. But I love the smell of the products, you don't need to use much, and I find it doesn't dry my hair out, and leaves it clean. My daughter uses it as well and loves it. She's Asian and has beautiful thick, medium length, brown hair. I left a poor review for the seller as they charge more here on Amazon than they do on their site. This is supposed to change 2/2018. I was unhappy they did that and they graciously provided a refund as I bought two full sets of this and it's not cheap. I can't find the review now - otherwise I'd change it to 3 stars from 2. I still don't like that business practice.

The product is much too dark to use on light or grey hair without staining it!

Worst smelling shampoo and conditioner left my hair heavy and tangled wrist ever I want to return 2 washes of my regular beautiful smelling shampoo and it still hasn't removed the awful awful smell of this so called shampoo and conditioner!!!!! I wouldn't recommend it for my dog !!! Very very upset at the money I wasted and believed all the good COMMENTS there all fixed COMMENTS there should be a no star rating
