I really like these...
I've been playing at guitar for 25 years now... at... I was serious in my teens with not enough pure talent and no one to teach me, I was meh! I play regular into my mid 20s, enough to enjoy me. Dig?I'm now 40, and picking it back up, I'm about 6 months in on a 12 year hiatus and couldn't be happier.... the flip am I saying, I wish I never stopped and if I had the resource new musicians have today. Youtube alone! Youth is wasted on the young. Anyway, I've been playing this Japanese fender from day one, I think I got it at 15, I've never heard it sound so good. These string give body to my flatted mid tone, now, I'm not saying they are beat all but really from the Martin strings to these ,there is more presence to the body of my cords. Can I find that sound with another brand, probably, but this was a fun adventure. Also, I really like the texture of these pick they came with, I'd definitely buy a pack of the.... lightest ones, even the thinnest is firmer than others the same thickness.Seriously though, I'd buy these again, my guitar is amazing and old, sounds great in a big room but with anything short of new strings and it's a bit flat toned, I about day six with these and they are holding up good.U....ps, they are not prestressed, I mean they may be but... you should bang them around a bit
