Have had neck ache for a week or two. Used this, unlike other reviews, same devices at higher costs, this does warm up and works well. Comfort okay, good settings and it does do it's job. I can move my neck both ways now, very happy !

Especially since I spend a lot of time with the computer, this neck massager relaxes me a lot and relieves my pain.It's nice that it's portable, because sometimes we're on long car trips, it hurts a person's neck. Especially my wife and my neck hurts a lot. Because my wife does beauty treatments and I spend time on the computer, and it's pretty good for us.It's also good that you can turn off the heat because while a hot massage is great, I love the heat so being able to just opt for the massage is a good choice. Also, unlike many massagers, this massager has an interesting shape that allows you to put it in a variety of different positions. This really helps you get to awkward hard-to-reach places. And it makes it a little easier to hang on the edge of your chair (or monitor).

This is a great product. I've had a heated back massager in the past. This is similar and can be used wither around the shoulders for a neck and shoulder massage. It can actually hurt a little unless it's positioned properly however, it is effective and also very relaxing. The heat makes a slight difference but was a little disappointed in the settings as it's not particularly warm between the first and third level, although it suffices.I use this for my back too and is pretty good. Worth buying to help with aches and pains.

Bought as a gift for my mum - she loves it and eases her neck pain - she likes the fact that it is warm and can adjust the speed.

I use it while sitting at my desk to help relax and soothe my stiff neck while I work. I was experiencing alot of neck and shoulder pain due to typing alot of university assignments. This massager has been a great investment and has helped to alleviated sore muscles. 👍

I gave this to my mom thinking it would be the perfect relaxing gift. She smiled and said thank you, but later admitted it was really uncomfortable and made her neck hurt more, not less. The massage feels rough and awkward, and the heat is so weak it’s almost pointless. I felt terrible for giving her something that caused discomfort instead of relief.

Product is well made for the money, arrived quickly, well packaged and has a good strong massage motor. Heart function also is pretty good! However this is marketed as a neck massager and that is where I find it flawed. I’ve been experiencing a lot of neck pain recently and needed something to help relieve it. The flaw in this is that the rotating massage heads are spaced too far apart for the back of the neck, which falls into the gap between them and they just get the sides of your neck. This is the area I really needed it for. Having said that it’s great for the tops of the shoulders and traps.
