We have never had a food processor and we decided to get one during Prime Days. I finally used it today to shred almond bark and gulf wax for my Christmas candies. I used the shredder one but I could have gotten away with using the julienne one but it worked great. I still saved my arthritic hands from chopping all of that up like I did the day before. SMH Can’t wait to use it for more things. Great size as well. Oh! It has suction cups on the base so it doesn’t slide around our granite countertops.

The media could not be loaded.  If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Within 10 months of owning this machine I’ve used it 3-4 times. It has stopped working and receives no power. I reached out to the seller and they said while they offer a 1 year warranty, my only option is to get a $30 refund or get a replacement that was deemed “unsellable” by Amazon. I’ve only had the machine 10 months (which the seller acknowledged) so I’m unsure why these are my only options. Fortunately, I purchased extended warranty, so I’m in the process of filing a claim with Asurion. I would discourage from purchasing this machine as it stopped working with limited use AND the customer service is poor.

This food processor is huge!! I love it!! You can do everything in it. Powerful motor, so blender attachment also works great. I use it all the time!!

I had high hopes for this machine, but it disappointed.I assembled and used the grinder portion per the instructions only to have the ground product get stuck in the threads that attaches the base to the top. This made it nearly impossible to get off. We thought we were going to break it. After finally getting the top off, I emptied it, washed it all out, and tried again. I thought I had maybe made an error in screwing the base on; perhaps the thread was not lifted up correctly and that allowed ground material to escape. I very carefully screwed the top to the bottom. But when I ran the machine again the ground food went right into the threads. This time we could not get the top off at all.I actually had to return this with the top still attached because we could not get it off.So frustrating because I loved the idea of this machine and its versatility.

Lasted just long enough Amazon return time is up. I have contacted the manufacturer 3 times with no help . Cheaply made and no customer support. Highly recommend do not buy.UPDATE after I left bad review I was contacted and they sent me replacement parts and the unit is functioning again.

Love this product. It holds a lot of material, which is great for my large meal preps. The only thing I found annoying was the lack of instruction. When I first opened it to test, the package instruction didn't specify how to lock in the lid to allow the processor to work, I thought at first I'd bought a faulty product. It took some experimenting with different positions to figure out how to get the food processor to turn on, but once I did, I've been super happy with it. Would recommend to anyone.

My initial experience with this unit was excellent. I loved what it did for my food prep times. Howevery, the center Running Shaft actually snapped in half during use about 2 months ago. I've sent two emails to their customer service and there has been no response now 2 months or so later. I'm in Ontario Canada, and I was disappointed to learn Davivy does not have an 1-800 number to call, and I had to call their 2 California numbers to see if I could get help. There was no answer on both lines, I left messages and am still waiting for a response. What's worse, I would've just ordered a replacement piece from their website, BUT I can't even find any food processors on the page. I searched by model number and nothing was found. I just need a replacement Running Shaft, but it seems nobody will help me. Great Unit, but since I can't get a replacement piece, I basically have a useless piece of shit taking up my counter space.

Lots of power with this machine. Good quality for the price
