PRO ELEC PELB1878 2 Way Multi-Plug Adaptor with Dual USB Ports

Useful and less cumbersome than the 4-way adaptors. A negative point is that, as the adaptor sits BELOW the wall sockets, the leads of any appliances inserted may be very close to the work-surface / floor. This is a problem with this adaptor above my kitchen work surface. It would be preferable if the the adaptor sockets were ABOVE the wall socket (i.e., a T-shape rather than an inverted T-shape). Inverted 4-way adaptors (rather than this 2-way adaptor) sometimes tilt or pull out from the wall socket as they are quite heavy - especially with plugs inserted - but I think a 2-way might not have this weight-related problem but I could not verify as I couldn't find one !!

Easy to install and very good value

A really helpful extension that is reasonably compact so adds a few extra sockets. Big downside is the unnecessarily bright blue light for the USBs which illuminates an otherwise dark room.

Plug is fine and serves purpose. Could benefit from the supporting legs at the base like other models have as it does pull down and out of the socket when fully utilised with bulkier plugs. Loses a star because of this as its would better suited to a zero g environment.

Less bulky than the square plug in adaptors, only comment is that the charge light is bright when trying to sleep! No charging problems, also be aware if your sockets are close to skirting boards as may not fit in!

Bought it from here in April 2018. Been really good and worked well for these 3 years up to April 2021 then now it's failed, but had my moneysworth. Will order a replacement.

The product works correctly, no failure. It can connect power strips or extensions and it does not give problems of electrical tension. I give it 4/5 stars because the USB could have been 2.0A or 3.4AMost devices are already fast charging.

Fantastic product. Still works years later.
