I am looking forward to using this sim card soon in Spain, France, and Italy,,, so, as for meeting expectations the first one is there/ it arrived in good condition, and looks similar to other SIM's I have had in the past... I am counting on the firm to perform in my phone, for my wife and daughter to hot spot off my phone (as needed, away from hotel wifi) as we have all become electron addicted individuals// and no one has launched any massive Electron Anonymous yet. **so, instead of "unplugging" we will lean into it for the trip, and post many things up into the electronospheres of social life online during the trip,,, while I kick back and drink some coffee with some tappas and people watch a bit. Chillin...

This SIM worked fine from the day I arrived (great coverage, excellent Google, Google Maps and email functionality) but I was unable to extend usage despite paying 10 Euros to top up. Had to buy a much more expensive Vodaphone SIM for the last week of my trip in south of France and Barcelona, which also provided good service.

I thought I was getting the deal of a lifetime and then I discovered that for only twenty euros I could get 100GB and unlimited local phone calls/texts in Spain for the next 30 days. The provider was Orange, an actual competitor of Movistar. You will not find the deal in Amazon. I had to walk in inside the Orange store in downtown Barcelona. Plenty of Orange offices everywhere in Spain. They even inserted the SIM card in my phone.Now if you take the Movistar deal in Amazon, you will pay more and you will not have to walk into any store.All you need at the Orange store is your passport.

I activated it online 2 days before and insert it on my phone when the plane landed, did the call and it worked rigth away. After a few days I started to get text messages saying I didn't have enough credit and that I have to pay more. I tried to find a way to logging into an account online but there was no way with this plan. I reviewed all the instructions and noticed that I didn't activate the Roaming so I did. After that it worked perfectly for a month in all Spain and Germany. I even shared the connection as a hotspot with other phone and laptop. My husband had another line from other company and it was losing connection all the time, but not mine. So glad we had 2 different lines and that this one worked the best so we never stayed without internet in the middle of unknown roads. I only used like 12GB out of the 60Gb so this was a lot of data.

This SIM card failed to work in Spain. There were numerous emails with the seller. Seller said he would manually make sure it was working. Worked for 1 day then stopped. Seller requested various photos of card which I sent. Finally after more than 1 week without much needed SIM card, we had to purchase a new card in Spain which worked perfectly. I would return the card but to amazon but I have misplaced it. I will no longer order a SIM card online.

the prepaid sim works very well, no complications, connected when i arrived in Spain and no problems at all.

The product provides perfectly fine service for data and voice across several European countries. My advice would actually be to ignore the crazy messages that you get in Spanish in the first 48 hours it is on-- it's telling you you need to pay more-- but actually everything is fine.

I programmed the info in the United States 3 days prior to leaving for Spain. Upon arriving, I inserted Sun put in pin and dialed number. It didn’t work. I sent email to Seller. It took 1 day to respond telling me to wait for him to program. By then I had already bought a Sim Movistar in Madrid. But it will be passed return date since I won’t be back in States until a week after. If seller honors return, I will change review.

El saldo que tiene me fue suficiente y me sobró bastante. Yo viajé del 24 de Diciembre al 11 de Enero, además que le estuve compartiendo red a un amigo. Me funcionó bien en Roma, Siena, Florencia, Bolonia, Milán, Verona, Venecia, Praga, Budapest, Viena, y cuando pasé en bus por Eslovaquia. El único lugar donde tenía "e" en la señal, fue en Pisa, y pues ya saben que eso es igual a no tener red. Donde no tuve red fue en Eslovenia (aunque ahí sólo pasé por autobús). También cuando pasaba fronteras se perdía la señal, por ejemplo: De Hungría a Eslovaquía, de Eslovaquia a Chequia. Lo que tenía que hacer era ponerlo en modo avión y quitarlo, como para que agarrara una nueva señal. No sé si sea así, pero a mí me funcionaba. Puse el chip en el aeropuerto de Madrid y me llegaron varios mensajes, que de bienvenida, etc. yo sólo hice lo que me venía en el sobrecito y marqué al número, y era un menú, no recuerdo que opciones venía, sólo esperé a que hayan sido 1 minuto como venía en las instrucciones. Y me funcionó desde ahí. Ya luego bajé la aplicación de movistar para ver cuánto iba consumiendo, pero pues no fue tanta. Y sí la usaba, a veces me quedaba dormido viendo series online en youtube, y cuando le compartía a mi amigo él enviaba mensajes de voz y alguna vez hizo vídeo llamada. Al final de mi viaje sólo gasté 17 GB.

Funcionó bien, en algunas ocasiones la señal 4G no funcionaba y se tardaba en regresar especialmente en roma y Florencia, en Venecia paris y Londres funcionó bien

No recomendable, fueron pocas las veces que tenía internet, terminé comprando otra.
