This was a beautiful surprise, I ordered sacred women for myself after giving my original copy to my daughter a couple of years ago. This copy is the updated & expanded 20th anniversary edition, I'm really excited to see what's been added as I very much enjoyed the first edition. perfect for women seeking self healing and growth,beautiful book (guide)😊 I'm jumping for joy

Great rituals book

Changed my life such a great read

I haven't read the whole book but chapter one had me thinking of creating a healing group for women to empower their own personal progress further into spiritual life. I will be sharing this book for other to buy in conjunction with the group I will create in January 23.

To gain benefit you need to work with this book in practical terms. Follow practices, take herbs use oils meditate move cleanse fast and pray.It’s been updated since I first had it 12 years ago with extra info. The book is great tool for learning and healing and anyone on their journey willing to put in the work can receive benefits.Only issue is as of 2021 kindle book is not updated to match physical book. Nor can you purchase the updated version in kindle. The links in kindle book are no longer clicking to a page. So I had to purchased the hard copy a second time to get update. So would ask that kindle version is updated.Otherwise great book for WOC.Thanks for your dedication Queen.

Still not got round to building an altar but am I still gaining a lot of insight into how to take care of myself and make myself feel wonderful, little feminine touches that I wouldn't normally consider. I think this book is great for women who have been through emotional ups and downs, whether it's because of violence, abuse or neglect, anything that would leave you in pain and hurting, causing you to hurt yourself and others around you. Brilliant relationship skills in here, as well cleansing, purifying etc. The word rituals just makes me think I'm being majestic and magical, but we shower and cream our bodies everyday, they are our rituals, the lessons in here gives you more enrichment and nourishment.

I have had this book for a few years so I have had the time to try many of the suggestions. I have met Queen Afua twice whilst on her visit to the UK, and a picture of health is what she radiates. This book has made a great difference to many aspects of my life and the circle of friends that have gained from reading this book too. I would highly recommend this book for all the reasons that you chose to look at it!From this book you can only gain a wealth of knowledge.

Love Queen Afua, but found this a little difficult to read and follow. Make sure your ready to commit and have time to learn and follow the teachings.
