I bought it to keep my PC tower off the floor, but I have worries about how strong it really is. I haven't tested anything 40lbs, but even briefly placing my monitor on one shelf and lifting it off gave a concerning clang from the metal grate platform caving and rebounding. All of my shelf parts had a bit of rebound to them actually. If you pressed down on it it would pop out with some resistance and then pop back in when you lift your hand. It's a bit concerning as far as build quality goes, so I think I'm going to leave my PC tower on the lowest shelf in case it really does warp over time.I wasn't expecting much for roughly $40, so my rating is closer to a 3.5/5. It would have been 4 stars, but assembling it was a bit more of a hassle than I expected. A lot of parts snap into place with a spring-loaded button that you would push down and then slide the respective other half of the piece that has a hole to click into place. You'd think this is simple, but I think it's a nightmare for pinching fingers since those buttons don't press down very easily (I had to use pliers to help). Otherwise assembly is straightforward. The wheels are kind of cheap feeling but they work at least.It's a fairly no frills cart, but I was hoping it would feel a little more reliable since it's made out of metal.
