Excellent phone!, took a while to get used to as it arrived with Spanish instructions & Spanish software menus.A 2 pin plug charger instead on a 3 pin charger, but once an expert converted it to English language it's been fine & I love it!Just check with seller that it is compatible with UK plugs.Check out YouTube review of Galaxy s4 mini for the best apps available.Love this phone :-) worth every penny.

Really fast delivery. Phone is in quite good condition, as expected with a pre owned phone. Works well with no faults, up to now. Better than I expected. Good replacement for someone who keeps losing her phone, better than paying full price for a new one only to lose it again.

Purchased this Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini from Phone Exchange last month. Sold as "New" condition, and certainly seems to be new (but presumably unsold) stock. The case and battery compartment are unblemished, it came in the original box (with matching IMEI numbers), with all the original sealed accessories, quick start manual and screen protector. The OS looks to be clean, all in English and still running the original Android 4.2.2 (with a pending OTA update to 4.4.2). This is the i9195 model with 4G. The unit is unlocked, so I just put my SIM card in and off we go!Very nice phone. Just the right size for me (I don't like large or heavy phones). Lovely bright screen, which is easy to see even outdoors. The only issue I have with it is the battery life. However, maybe I was spoilt by my previous (and rather old) phone - a Sony Ericsson Ray, which would last 3-4 days between charges (admittedly, I am a very light user). This phone is running at about a day and a half between charges.

The phone works well and the battery life is good. Just has more signs of wear and damage to the case than expected. Definitly served the purpose

This was the last phone I signed up for with a contract 4 years ago and then switched to SIM only. I have been waiting and waiting for Samsung to bring out mini versions of their flagship phones but to no avail. I have kept my trusty s4 mini which finally gave up the ghost a couple of weeks ago. I liked it so much that I decided to get another one. I does everything I need it to with 4 year old technology. I'll continue my wait for Samsung to bring out a decent mini phone.

Arrived within the estimated time. I was surprised to find it in the original box with headphones and USB lead and version type GT 19195, which was not stated in the advert. Up and running in minutes, Very happy with the deal

I really like the phone model, but this seller was a serious letdown. It came with some strange French system installed which I was unable to get rid of. The back was a cheap replacement which was breaking within days and the screen lifts up slightly at the edges. The home button can be moved around slightly. Despite completely resetting it, two apps kept reappearing (both games, not associated with Samsung). 5 months after purchase and the screen is completely black. I did not drop it, it just stopped working. The phone 'works' but is completely inoperable. I am looking at replacing it with the same model, but I shall be seeking out a more reliable seller.
