It was easy to assemble, and the design is both stylish and practical. The materials are high-quality and durable, handling my cat's playfulness well. My cat loves it, especially the upper platforms and the hideaway. Great value for the price, and I highly recommend it to cat owners.

Over all good for the cats. But some of it comes apart to easy meaning cats are able to wack it apart.

Is not the easiest to put together and it looks bigger in pictures. Hopefully my cats like it. Parts are missing. I need to figure out how to contact to get parts.I have this a 4 star but after the awesome experience I had I put it as a 5. Parts were missing and I reached out to customer support. They answered quickly and after some questions they sent a whole new cat condo. I wasn’t expecting a whole new one just needed the missing parts but I now have extra parts just in case my fur babies get rough with this lol. Also shipped it quickly and was here in 2 days. (It was late night that I had to reach out about issue 8pm) So it was actually a day and half. I am happy and my kitties are happy. Thank you!!

Was very difficult to put together, not very sturdy. Cats don't like it

I have 6 cats, and all of them got on it right away. I set it up by a window, and they love it. The only thing I did not like about this product, was the million pieces it has, the instructions does not have very specific instructions, and the pictures do not speak a thousand words.

I love that it’s so light weight. It’s sturdy when my cats use the scratch post. I don’t have to worry about it tipping over. I would have given it 5 stars, except that the fabric on both ramps is made with Burlap fabric and it pulled apart the first week!

The media could not be loaded.  It took me one hour to assemble by myself. It’s light weight and just the right size. Both of my cats love it. They jumped on it as soon as I put it together. Now they sleep in it most of the time during the day. I highly recommend this cat house.

This will take at least 2 hours to put together!! The diagrams are tiny that it was difficult to tell what direction the joints go. I don't recommend this to anybody who has no patience!! Keep everything in its marked packaging so you don't get mixed up. You will need a rubber hammer to pound poles in securely.The cats seem to like it so far, though.
