Purchased with prime for a birthday gift, Arrived dead. Screen would not turn on, but it would make a click sound when pressing the remote button.Reported it, now waiting on a replacement with an ETA of 10/22/24.*** Replacement works as it should . Crisp clear picture, easy to set up and load .

Loving this photo frame so far! It was easy to set up and upload photos. Can only do 50 at a time but didn't take long and can do another set of 50. I have not yet figured out how to set the photo orientation. Some of my pics don't show the entire image and look off but the majority look great and the motion detection works well. Will update if I run into any issues down the road

Just got this and so far I love it.

I bought this frame in July. And now, It does not receive photos from their app anymore. I tried to reset the frame even deleted the app from my phone, and tried to download it again. But it doesn't work. I told my friend about this frame and she bought one, It is the same situation. I feel bad for her and myself😔😔😔Update: after working with the customer and technical team, my frame works again. They do quick replies and carefully. However, I hope that the app will improve in the future, and make things easier for the customers. Thank you.

Initially the touch screen worked impressively made a click every touch.... Then....I was able to upload photos to the device and then after about 30 touches or approximately 5 minutes the touch screen failed to work. No matter where I touched or how long I touched "no touch screen". I turned the device off then on still no touch screen. I unplugged the device waited a minute then plugged in again still no touch screen. I factory data reset the device in 2 different ways still no touch screen. I tried to use the remote control very tedious but the cancel and connect function will not work with the remote Unfortunate - I like this frame - I would have contacted the seller first but there was no way I could find to easily make contact as the seller did nothing wrong its the manufacturer that's the issue... so this review. This was to be loaded with photos as a birthday gift now I must begin my search again late and for something else.Lastly I must say it appeared that the item was repackaged so it might have failed with someone else repackaged then was sent to me. I say repackaged as it did not appear to be a factory packaging job and the stickers protecting the screen clearly were bent and reused and cord on the power supply was unraveled and just stuffed in the box.

This is the second one of these I got. The first one was badly cracked and Amazon sent a replacement.The picture quality on this is really good. It's not iPad quality, but you're going to be looking at it from across the room. Unless closer than arm's length you're unlikely to be able to tell the difference.The screen is bright and visible, even in a bright room.I don't use the clock/alarm/calendar stuff because I just want to look at photos but they're there if you want.Most people are probably going to use the app to load photos, though there is a MicroSD slot and USB. The app is just OK. With the app you can give access to other people so they can upload photos directly to your frame. Once it's set up and connected to wifi there's nothing you really need to do, so as long as an older family member has wifi this would make a great gift.

*** update..... after posting this, the company reached out to me to offer a replacement frame. I have recieve it and it works wonderfully! They were very helpful and kept me posted every step! Thank you 😊This has great picture quality and easy to upload pics. But for some reason the motion detector works only when it wants too. It will do fine for a day and then it won't work. It acts like it wants to come on but will only display a black screen with a dim light in the back. If I unplug it and plug it back in it will work for about another day or so and then do the black screen until I unplug it and plug it back in.

What’s better than a trip down memory lane. With this, it just happens. What I love about is the size, it’s big, but not too big. It’s stylish and the image quality is fantastic. We all love that it plays video and music/sound. And the bonus feature…people can add to your memories or just keep you included. If you love seeing your family, friends, just your “people” this is for you. These are great. We love ours.

A great addition to our living room design.

This made my elderly aunt incredibly happy. She couldn't have loved it more, I even got her to pick out photos she likes. She chose some from her childhood, of us, of her loved ones who have passed and most importantly happy memories. She laughed and smiled and it was much easier than I anticipated. However, the home screen I found a bit confusing and I personally didn't try nor need the music feature so I can't say whether or not that's easy to set up! Overall I could not be more grateful :)
