These are really lightweight but I am able to paint them, personalize them, decorate them up nicely and resell them. The locks are nice and decorative which make them look fancier and that's a huge help! They were shipped fast and packaged nicely too! I would recommend buying them.

Purchased these as a gift idea for companies to give away to clients. They are sturdy, light weight (perfect for mailing), are fabulous under the laser engraver. They are big enough to hold some small gifts. the latch is solid and we liked them so much we ordered 35 more! Would recommend.

Bought these to serve as treasure boxes for kiddos to decorate for a mermaid birthday party. They were perfect and looked great! The kiddos were excited about them. Bonus for me was they served as a party activity to paint/decorate them and I was able to put some things inside them (chocolate coins, jewels, etc) to serve as a party favor as well. Very happy with my purchase!

For the cost I didn't know what was going to show up, but wow... I like them! I got them to create some crafts for a video and then sell the finished product. They are light as a feather but still well made and full of potential. They are perfect for Crafters/DIYers who want to be able to offer their Customers a nice item at a more affordable price.Downsides? You really can't complain about anything for the deal you get on 8 of these but if I HAD to come up with something negative I would say that they likely won't take a beating very well.... but, in normal circumstance this isn't something you would ever be rough with anyway and I think it would hold up to a drop on the floor perfectly fine.Overall... YES YES YES! Order a set, order 2 sets and I'm sure most people will be happy with them. They even had the preservative packets included in each unit! The package was deceptively small and my heart sank at first but I was happy with everything once I got them opened up.

I painted the boxes and used them as gift boxes. They are sturdy, well made and everyone loved them!
